So today I sent a member of my staff to get cupcakes. This was hysterical and absurd all at the same time. We started one of those rewards cards a couple visits ago . Pretty simple, purchase one, punch the card. Cool. So today they said oh it's two cupcakes to one reward! Ummm no. It's your card system and you change it because u don't want to give the free cake? Come on kids! So we r changing to a Crumbl cookie reward system over the Bundt surprise Fridays! So dumb.

Just for a Bundt from this location, I saw maybe the person in charge and 2 reps. He asked one of them to help me and he was on his way out. Both looked at each other like yea ok. The girl that helped me didn’t want to be there. Didn’t even say thank you as she gave me my order. Goes to say once the boss is gone employees act differently, message to all young people “customer service is a skill if you don’t want to do it pre yourself to get a job that you don’t have to deal with anyone”.

Whatever you order beware if you want it boxed you need to pay for the box. I was handed a cake and how am I supposed to keep it from getting ruined driving back. Unless you bring someone to help hold it keep that in mind.

The store in Corona did not have an individual bundt cake I ordered 24 hours earlier when I went to pick it up! Out of that flavor they said. Never called me to save me the trip. Why would they not have set aside one for me when I ordered 24 hours in advance?? Poor management, very disappointing.

I ordered a Bundt cake for my daughter's birthday. When I placed the order online, it showed that the cake would be wrapped in cellophane, but it when I picked it up, it was in a box. I asked the customer service person if they could wrap it in cellophane because I had a cooler in the car, and the box wouldn't fit. I was heading to San Diego to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. The customer service person said I had to pay $2 and wait 30 minutes to have it wrapped. I will never order a cake from Nothing Bundt cake. The prices are extremely high and the customer service is disappointing.

Employee’s are rude place is tan by teenage girls super overpriced cakes that are FROZEN also I find hair in my bundlets I showed the manager and he didn’t want to return my money gave me an attitude I wanted to speak to hire management he told me I could speak to the owner of the place Travay Roberts when I came back the next day didn’t show up ! Disappointed!!!

Located by smart and final this place is the place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Inside is beautifully decorated and they have a display of all the different cakes they have available. You can order their large cake or their small cake and they can also decorate the it as well. The menu is very easy to read if this is your first time you'll have no trouble ordering what you want. The service was excellent and the employees were helpful.All of their cakes taste so good with the cream cheese frosting. It's always delicious and sweet with a good amount of moisture inside. My favorite is their strawberries and cream and their red velvet cake. Today I tried their new churro with dolce de leche in the middle and that has now been added to my list of favorites. I highly recommend them as their cakes never dissapoints.

Don't ever get there at 10 minutes to closing otherwise you get rushed. I had no idea they close early on Saturday. However, if I made it just before closing I shouldn't feel rushed by the staff. Next time, please be more courteous.
