We received our food quickly, and it tasted fresh. We ordered a plate that was shareable, and the guy asked us if we wanted an extra plate without us asking for one. I really appreciate it when someone is on top of things. Ono Hawaiian BBQ definitely gets a ?on this visit. ?

Poor. Waited over 25 minutes for an order that never came. Watched people after me come and go. Very unfortunate. Had to ask for a refund as I was unable to wait any longer. No dinner for me tonight.

Been coming here for years. However, this place has new ownership and has different employees work the register each day. Food quality and service has went down tremendously since new ownership. Would not recommend this place.
Food is always flavorful, fast and attentive service the teriyaki chicken is our choice the fire island chicken is spicy but very flavorful ???

The amount of food is definitely worth the price, the taste is also worth the cost of time & money. The younger generations of employees behind the counter always find a way to make me feel uncomfortable for trying to get out of my comfort zone & try new places. The investment of my time was spent with my daughter & was worth the effort, The place was a little different. Maybe it was just at the end of the day, so the vibe was very quiet & the workers were just ready to close & go homeVegetarian options: Just plain steamed rice & steamed vegetables
