CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE - It's one thing when the POS system fails, but when you get strung along for FORTY MINUTES at lunch time on a weekday, saying that it'll be okay, it'll be okay... Oh, you don't have cash on you? No, you can't get the food that we'd already okay'd you getting via credit card when our system crashed.
