I really want this place to be successful, I love sprouts and Whole Foods and this place has a married concept. I finally checked this place out and was really bummed to see all of their fresh food counters were closed down. I would love to see this place fully functional. The shelves were bare, I went to buy meat and they had none. I only saw two employees in the entire store. I did noticed a few expired items. I purchased a few items. I was excited to find these cauliflower pizza crusts that were completely flour and starch free, when I took a look at them when I got home they were moldy. I hope this place gets itself together. I would love to see this place take off, the concept is awesome. I am bummed about my rotten foods though.

Whats the old saying "kick a dead horse when its down!?" First time customer today...my advice is that if you havent come here before and know what to expect then DONT COME! Most of the store is shut down.....sushi, juice bar, no fresh meat etc etc And what there is to buy is EXPENSIVE

This is the saddest grocery store I've ever been to. The store is super empty; not just of customers but of PRODUCT! The shelves of every aisle (even fresh produce) were super empty. It reminded me of when everything first shut down because of COVID and all grocery store shelves were empty. They have a juice bar they advertise and meat department but those were both closed down. Some products on the shelves were expired. This store could be great, but I will not be coming back.

This was an odd experience,,, I had been meaning to go to this store for a while and so I FINALLY went and to my surprise it appeared as though they are CLOSING or maybe MOVING,, not sure but the shelves were not fully stocked and there were shelves that didn't have anything on them,, the JUICE BAR was CLOSED.. it was just really SAD the looks of the store seems it would of been FANTASTIC for them to be located in a better location like on the other side of the freeway.. it would be GREAT IF THEY are GETTING READY FOR A RE OPENING,, because we need a STORE LIKE THIS IN CORONA!!!! There needs to be MORE VEGAN OPTIONS HERE.....

I love this place for many reasons, lots of vegan options & very relaxed. Great staff, I love the French onion soup, but the manager has been so rude to me & lied to me on several occasions. It's making it hard for me to want to come back :( I love this place, but please!

Today was my first time visiting Organic Roots and it definitely won't be my last! The store is really clean and carries many items you won't find in any other store. I got a smoothie and a latte which has house made syrups. The staff was super friendly and accommodating too!

I love the smoothies here only thing i don't like about this place is Amy the lady that pretends to be the manager. She's been rude to me on separate occasions and have noticed that her smoothies don't come out nearly as good as the other girls whom work there.
