I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the shrimp and chicken waffle based on the photos advertised on their Instagram, which clearly show their signature square waffles. After my order was placed, I was served an Eggo-style waffle instead. Only then was I informed that their waffle maker was not working. This should have been communicated before the order was taken.
Because of this, I asked for the dish to be taken back and ordered menudo instead. Unfortunately, the menudo was also disappointing, as it consisted mostly of broth with very little meat.
Overall, the experience did not match what is advertised or what customers are led to expect. Better communication and consistency with advertised menu items are needed.

This is honestly my favorite brunch spot. The food is always soooo good and the vibes are perfect. Everyone who works here is super friendly and really attentive. The drinks are amazing too.
If you can, definitely sit outside for brunch—it’s the best. The chicharrón and guacamole appetizer is a must have & the chilaquiles never miss either.🥑🥂✨

Great professional service with attentive host and staff. One of the highlights was the cafe de Ola coffee served with fresh cinnamon

The food here is delicious. The pork rinds with guac for starters is a must. Their cafe de holla is delicious. Best of all, service is 100/100. Polite, always making sure you have everything you need.
The place is clean and súper cute The good is so delicios, very authentic Mexican food and the cafe the olla is the star of the show The staff is super friendly and attentive The place is a bit small so if you have a big party definitely make a reservation

If hype could cook, this place would be Michelin-starred. Unfortunately, hype doesn’t make tacos.
First off, the food tasted fine. Not life-changing, not “call your mom about it” good, just fine. Problem is, the prices were acting like I just got served tacos blessed by Gordon Ramsay himself. Spoiler: they weren’t.
And the tortillas? Whoever thought one flimsy, medium-sized tortilla (not street, not standard, just awkward) could hold a taco together clearly hates joy. By the second bite, I was basically eating taco salad off my plate. Double tortilla is Taco 101. Fail.
The salsa? Bland enough to make Pace Picante look gourmet. Napkins? The kind you’d get from the 99 cent store. Salsa cups? Plastic. Which, honestly, matched the “trying way too hard to look upscale” vibe.
If they ever figure out the basics, like real napkins, actual dishware, and, I don’t know, tacos that stay together, maybe I’d consider coming back. Until then, if you’re rolling in six figures and want something to post on Instagram before it falls apart in your hands, go wild. The rest of us? We’ll pass.
“What’s in your wallet?” Hopefully not enough to waste here again.
By the way, only one waitress speaks English.
It bugged me because my wife is not Mexican and she couldn't understand her. I'm not 100% sure if she didn't speak English or if she was trying to make a statement. It was weird.
Lastly, the food wasn't hot. It was more like room temperature. Which maybe the Health Department should show up unexpected and let them know that it's unacceptable. Just saying

Had us wait for 45mins only to tell us that they were closed for the rest of the day…. Can’t expect anything else from a place that comes out on TikTok. Won’t be coming back ever
I made a reservation in advance for a party of 8 at 1:45 PM on 08/24/25 to celebrate my birthday. At 1:33 PM, I received a message that my appointment was canceled due to "restaurant issues." Some guests were already there, and I arrived shortly after to find the place full, with people enjoying brunch and music playing. However, they claimed they were "closed" and refused to seat us after canceling the reservation. I drove from San Bernardino to Corona (Palapas location) in traffic for nothing.

I visited for the first time with my family, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff very attentive.
Everything was delicious, from the appetizers
and drinks to the main course. The flavors, presentation, and overall delicious! I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Saw a reel showcasing the brunch here. Was excited to come. Location at corner of commercial center. Easy parking. Atmosphere - there's outdoor seating available. Indoors it was dark. By bar great presentation of alcohol bottles. There's two painted murals. Beautiful. Music playing. Service - I walked in. Shortly after a hostess approached booth but was on the phone. Didn't acknowledge me. No finger signalling or mouthing of 'one moment'. I wasn't in a hurry. After she hung up she asked for how many. I said 1 and she said all she had was stools at the bar; even though only 2 tables were occupied. I sat at the bar about 7 minutes with no attention. Luckily I had a book and read. Other patrons arrived, were seated and server approached them. Finally a bartender came to get a bottle near me and asked if I wanted a drink. I asked for a water and ordered. He tried to push some alvohol. I said no. A bit after a lady named Karen took over that area. She was attentive. Refilled my glass, inquired about food and if I needed anything else. Because of her I gave another star to service. Food - I ordered the strawberry toast w lechera. Really looking forward to it. Food came out quick. Colorful with the different berries. Plate wasn't bad. Toast was well cooked on one side. And the lechera was watered down - disappointing. I asked about it and was told it was specially made in house. It had little flavor and consistency of non fat milk. :(

I was extremely disappointed. Very expensive for what it is. Nothing i got was good. The food lacked flavor and was expensive. They also charge for salsa!! And they didnt even warn us that it wasnt free. What Mexican restaurant charges for salsa? Anyways the low rating was definitely understandable.

Terrible service! First and last time going. We arrived at 9:40 for brunch on a Sunday. Looked inside and there were several open tables, clearly understaff. The girl outside handling the waitlist has no clue what she's doing. Super unorganized.
The food took another 40 minutes to arrive. The food was good but not worth the wait.
