When I opened my order at home I found the portions to be very scarce and puny. My main course fit totally in the bowl of a tablespoon. This serving is about 1/4 of other Panda restaurants in this area. Here's a tip, don't order on line, instead watch over the servers and say something just like they do when you leave a 30% tip.

The wait time inside is usually pretty long so you are better off just ordering online and picking up. You can pick up at the drive through window, so that's convenient. The food is pretty ok, little greasy at times. If you order walnut shrimp be prepared that there will be no walnuts in it :( 😞 I got refunds few times because of that...not cool at all. Cream cheese wontons taste less crispy and more soggy lately, don't know why.
Also, the servings are pretty decent if you smile, so do smile people!!!

Would of given a 5 Star but the lady behind the counter was either having a bad day or she is just rude. Other than that the food was yummy 😋

Exaggerated small portions ESPECIALLY the rice like come on there are plenty of other places to go order Chinese food & actually serve a decent or generous amount of food/ sides because they are good to their customers with that being said I most definitely won't be EVER coming here again because this is not the 1st time I leave w/ 5 to go plates looking sad & pretty much like this but it's DEFINITELY the last. I can honestly say I had enough w the customer service 👎 & there small 🤏 food portions this location ain't right man 😩.

I paced an online catering order and went to pick it up. I was at the counter, and the gentleman at the wouldn't even care to look for the order. I had to ask them multiple times and eventually he figured out that the order was not even sent to kitchen. They asked me wait for a few minutes and then prepared and handed over. It was sad to notice they acted as if this was a normal affair. Anyway, I would choose another Panda Express store, if I had to order something.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. PLACED ONLINE ORDER FOR PICK-UP, SHOWED UP NOT READY. WHEN MY WIFE TRIED TO ASK, SHE GOT A HAND HELD UP IN HER FACE BY A WORKER. WE WAITED ABOUT 30 MIN. THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM DIDN'T PUT THE ORDER THROUGH. THEIR MANAGER, EVAN, IGNORED ME AS I ASKED FOR HIM. NO SINCERE APOLOGY. A LINE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT HAD LATE ORDERS. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED. WE'LL NEVER PATRONIZE ANY PANDA EXPRESS BASED ON THIS FINAL EXPERIENCE. NEVER.

Ordered online about two weeks ago, and when I got home from picking it up, we noticed that almost the entire order was wrong, and missing the large drink. We called and they apologized and asked us to come back another time, and they’ll be happy to remake it. Mistakes happen, and they did the right thing. Until today. I just had the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in years! The manager and staff looked at me like I was trying to rob the place when I gave them our name, previous order number and requesting offer to complimentary remake our meals. I had to wait for 5-6 other patrons to order and pay for their meals before the manager approved. By the way, she didn’t even tell me herself or apologize. She just told the staff who clearly was frustrated by my presence. To top it off, they refused to give us our large drink, even tho it was on our receipt. I made it a point to go up, and tell the manager I appreciated her for the meals, but thought it was tacky and rude not to give us our drink. She and her staff just rolled their eyes, laughed and pretentiously said “Have a good day.” We will not be spending another cent at this location. Clearly there is a lack of care for accuracy, professionalism and customer service. Such a poor display of management and leadership. All of (2) two item plates and a drink lol give me a break.

I don't know why this is the best Panda. But it is. I gave 5 stars eventhough its fast food. The people working there are pleasant and the dining area is clean. But who cares about that when they have the best orange ? ? chicken, and so on.....
