They charged me for a regular sip club membership instead of the promo $4 per month for 4 months. They offered to let me keep the sip club til the next month since I had already paid for it. They said they would give me a $20 credit for the inconvenience. Now my rewards do not show the $20 credit or my sip club (which i paid for at 15.32 for the month and not the $4 it was supposed to be. For a tech driven ordering company their website and app are trash and neither work and they just keep glitching on me. So frustrated with this whole situation that I dont even want to shop with them anymore. Their food is good (over priced) but everything else is just a frustrating nightmare!

The soup and sandwiches we had are delicious! The tomato soup was the best I've ever had. I always get broccoli cheddar. I decided to try something new. I'm glad I did. This is not a restaurant. You can order here or before you come. Then pick up your food.

I wonder how many fake people come in just to get money and a free meal. I been going it it's amazing. To go btw pick and leave people. Time is on you're side food might be warm but it's a small price to pay. And I have fast food experience most yall are to lazy to use you're hands.
The portion of the chicken in the chicken sandwich was very little. Most of it was vegetable.

Very poor advertising. This is a Panera To-go. We drove all the way there to see it is a pick up only, similar to like a little Caesars with no seating available. Is it that hard to say "Panera To-Go" online so people don't waste their time?
