Mediterranean bowls had no hummus, Baja bowl was half empty. Mac and cheese and soup were good. I'm no panera expert but, nothing impressive here. I'm still hungry btw.

I've been to this location three times today. The first two times were great( It was a different manager). I always get the Chipotle chicken melt. I don't eat chicken, so I substitute it with tuna. Today it was a woman claiming to be the manager, telling me they can't add tuna. I told her I could pay for it, it's been done multiple times. She said No she's the manager and walked off. I was so embarrassed in front everyone. I also was on my lunch break, so I didn't get to eat. It was a big inconvenience. I would not recommend this place.

The food is always fast but because they don't fill your bowl. Why can't you fill the salad bowl up? I get more lettuce on my burgers at in n out. This is a full size salad by the way. 10 dollars for 2 leafs. Ridiculous. The people are always friendly I have to say.

Ordered for 3 online and ready within 5mins. Mind blown!! The staff is always has an upbeat attitude and with a smile. Great job!!

The location is pickup only. The inside is very clean. The staff is super friendly. Even if you may not actually see them, they make sure to greet you and thank you from the back room. The food was prepared quickly and was tasty.

Just signed up for the unlimited sip club since there was a Panera right by my house. This is a pick up/to-go only Panera which is super weird as I have never seen one of these before, but whatever gave it a try. I was hoping to get my daily Diet Coke from here but that's not going to happen. They don't even have fountain drinks! WHAT IN THE WORLD. I asked one of the employees and they said they haven't gotten one yet even though they've been open since December 2022. Weird! Anyway, the charged lemonades or whatever they're called are really good and I am able to get one a day so that makes me happy. The employees are super friendly every time I come in and will be back for more drinks! Get a fountain drink machine! :)

If I could give Zero stars I would. The level of disrespect shown by Hugo, who identifies himself as the manager, towards my wife and daughter, completely overshadows anything else about the establishment. Apparently Panera recently changed their menu, or at least the recipe with some of their sandwiches. My wife, not knowing this, inadvertently did not select "remove" of pup-style mustard on a turkey sandwich meant for a 7 year old. After the first bite, she realized what was going on and returned to the counter to ask for the sandwich to be remade. Insert Hugo. Apparently Hugo has made some life choices which resulted in him reaching his professional ceiling- working the day shift at Panera. His response to the situation was to tell my wife it was her fault the sandwich was wrong. She accepted not knowing the menu had changed(after another Panera colleague informed her) but again requested the sandwich be remade. After 10 minutes of waiting, she asked if it would be much longer to which Hugo informed her she was just going to have to wait until, as he announced to the restaurant, after he "cleared his board of the 6 other orders, then remake her sandwich since it was her fault it was made wrong." Left at the mercy of the all powerful Hugo, she returned to the table, empty handed. Other Panera colleagues saw the situation and offered a complimentary pastry for my daughter to snack on, but the damage was done. My wife reduced to tears, the sandwich was finally delivered almost half an hour later, and at least I'm sure Hugo felt satisfied his mission was fulfilled, to have control over perhaps the only thing he has influence over. I sincerely hope this is not the behavior Panera expects their leaders to model. We will not be supporting this restaurant chain going forward.
This Panera I believe they would call a Panera express. There is no inside dining. You can either order there or you can order ahead on the app for pickup only. They have most of the food items and beverages. Be aware they do not have coffee at this location.

I had the Mediterranean bowl. Everything was delicious except the arugula was very stringy and tough and I almost chocked on it.

Disappointing this is a quick in out Panera bread..and they really had nothing available for me to buy.. everything sold out?? Weird I could say this place is a testing store front I hope it lasts for people whom want to go orders.. I really don't care for that

Yummy! So excited to have a to go Panera in the area! It was an easy checkout and pick up task! The food is the exact same! Got me broccoli and cheddar soup with a bbq chicken sandwhich! Definitely will be my weekly go to spot! The workers were very welcoming! 5/5 for me!
