Pretty bad experience. Order my food and asked that the driver hand it to me. Was left on the porch, no sticker had been placed on the box so it was slightly open with about 4 flies buzzing in and out of the box. The pizza had been smashed to one side. So your going to have door dash deliver it but you cant put a sticker on the box to seal the top? I cant stand Papa Johns anymore. Gross.
Ever since they went to door dash to deliver items instead of their of their own drivers it has been a mess. Door dash never delivers anything correctly and the store cannot do anything about it. So as a customer you are just out your money, unless you want to spend an hour on the phone with door dash. It’s criminal.
And trying to reach someone on the phone at the restaurant is impossible because the phone system is so bad it keeps hanging up on you.
Terrible customer experience, every time no matter when you order.

I have never thrown out pizza but I did today. It was free pizza! It had no flavor. From crust to sauce to meat. So Blah zey. My neice orders it so called better ingredients. Better pizza. Im sorry its not true. I cant wait for my next pizza will be Dominoes.
