Food great as always but please, management or corporate needs to hire more people especially on a Friday or weekend evening. Your poor workers, they're kind and trying their best despite the obvious stress. But you can tell there's just way too many orders for them to keep up. I feel bad for them, I'm sure many customers aren't kind.

The pizza tasted like old reused dough very stiff stale,old, rubbery pizza cheese bread tasted grotesque it was hard to bite horrible customer service person that help me place my order didn't even know how to use the cash register kept asking another employee to help him it must of took him like 15 min to place my order over all nasty old pizza don't go to this location very unsatisfied and facility looked dirty.

Do not recommend this Papa John's in Norco! Ordered Zesty Italian Trio for my Husband and they sent him home with a cheese pizza. He even questioned the girl at the register, she looked at it and sent him home with it. No meat, no peppers nothing but sauce and cheese.We used to go here all the time, not any more! There are too many Pizza restaurants around to pay for a speciality pizza and sent home with a cheese pizza.

I am very unhappy about this location's store Manager, Elizabeth, who cancelled two orders because "they were closed" (mind you she said this to me face after I walked into the store). I walked into the store between 10:30pm - 10:45pm. Elizabeth was in the back talking to someone (instead of making the orders) when the front door was unlocked! Their closing store hours listed online and on the main website stated 11pm. Elizabeth decides to cancel two delivery orders before closing time which caused me and another DoorDash driver to lose ~$50 collectively. She was very rude when communicating this to me in addition to that, she made me cancel my order. Her poor leadership and decisions will bring this store down. I hope this doesn't happen again.

Elizabeth is one of the most professional friendly people I’ve ever dealt with a Papa Johns chain. I will be ordering from her weekly for my shop. Our first time experience with her was absolutely great she said delivery will be here in within designated time.The time she gave me even had the delivery show up early so that was fantastic, Best store Corona hands down.

My brother ordered here at 1pm online and it said the eta was 30 to 40 minutes. Called at 1:50 and they hung up. Called again at 2 and they said it was on the way. Then called again at 2:20 to cancel because it still wasn’t here and sat on hold for 15 minutes.

Pizza wasn't hot as it should be. Didn't prepare my order correctly. Can see only jalapeños on half pizza, no other veggies. Other veggies on only one slice. I also called store to add ranch but didn't received it. They might add in someone else's order.
