Right when I walked in this place smell like a dumpster. I told one of the server, not sure he understood me. I ordered The rice and beef with eggs, the beef and rice had funny smell to it and was kinda dry. Overall I wouldnt go here. Service wasnt great! Music was super loud with Korean music playing, hard to talk to anyone.

Great place for great pho! I’m new to the area and was looking for a great place to eat pho with my kids. We all ordered the brisket large pho. The broth was very flavorful! The price was great comparing to others around. The restaurant is large and clean. Service was very friendly and quick! They offer a selection of boba drinks for a great price, I will be coming back to try those. Highly recommend!! Ask for chili oil!!

This restaurant was serving the best food ever that i have ate while im in USA. Food portion serve is huge. I can have it for 2 meals. Staffs are nice and polite. Environment is good too.

DON'T NOT COME HERE. Place closes at 830pm. Our family party of 4 got there at 8 pm thinking we weren't too late. Well, they treated, and i say they because everyone was rude. And let me start by saying we were gone by 830, and there were still ppl there. We didn't want to sit by the door because it was so cold, and they sat us literally right next to the door. Still no complaints. Our food came and it was so bad. No flavor, don't even know how this place has such a good rating. I ordered #15 with no onion and extra cilantro and extra beef. They gave me extra onions, and when I told the waitress NICELY that I ordered no onions, she basically told me to take them out myself. At that point, I said F it, I'll do it. There was no cilantro and the beef she brought was RARE on the side. Never in my life have ordered extra beef, and they bring it RARE. This is not Shabu where the hot pot cooks the meat! Again, she's like, "Put it in, it will cook." Well, 10 minutes later, meat was not fully cooked like it's supposed to be. And pho was cold due to me putting in the cold meat. I backwas so upset, but I felt like they didn't care, so it didn't matter complaining. I'm tired of these restaurants not giving a crap about the paying customer and even giving a service we are paying for. I will not be going to pho koi ever again.

This is by far the best place to get pho, especially during the winter! The food is phenomenal, the service is great and the atmosphere is nice. I’m writing this review after one week of visiting and just thinking about it makes me want to take our team there. Recommended spot.
