Ordered online from the McKinley Corona CA store, arrived in their specified time to be told they haven’t started the order yet! 1 family eating at a table and 1 couple waiting for their order too! How busy are you? Maybe you need staff who want to work not just collect a paycheck?

Horrible experience!!my son & I ordered gluten free pizza to go, when we got home and sat to eat we noticesd the pizza was not cooked thoroughly, it was burned only around the circle, making appear as though it was cooked. We could not eat it, it was too late, far to return. I went the following day to speak with a manager, and there was noone to speak to or resolve. Out of $, and Pizza horrible management, they are going to make someone really ? sick...stay away...

Placed a mobile order through the app. They called me less than 15 mins later to inform me that they don’t have ingredients to make my orders. I asked to cancel the order as they would not be able to make it to my family’s dietary restrictions. Was informed that they would communicate with their manager/regional manager to be able to process the refund and that I would see it within a week or so. NEVER GOT MY REFUND FOR A $40+ ORDER THAT WAS CANCELLED. No follow up.

My complaint is 1000% on management!!It's 530pm, Friday night, it's 1st of the month, and it's Christmas season!?!...they have 1 lone employee? really? Wasn't like it was 10 mins, you could tell the kid was mid shift or end of shift. Be lucky I didn't get a pic of the old basil. This guy became a pizza making machine. To the solel employee!! Great job young man you were very professional and held your frustration. Greaaat job on no cross contamination!! Your humbleness will lead you to big things..

I ventured into a place they grandly call Pieiology, and let me tell you, it's like a terrible comedy act in action, but let's keep the name out of it for now. Here's the inside scoop on this culinary catastrophe. The food, well, it's a wild rollercoaster of flavor – spiraling down to the depths of tastelessness. But the real showstopper, the absolute pièce de résistance, is that oregano jar. I'd provide the evidence on my Google review, but let's just say it should be in quarantine for public health. Now, about the napkins, tissues, and other essentials – when I dared to inquire, the answer was a rehearsed chorus of "we just ran out of it." This happened for each item separately, in case you were wondering.Tables? Forget about them being clean. The price? Well, it was supposed to be $3.25, but I ended up forking over nearly $11.00, and their explanation? It's just for the crust. Talk about a bait and switch. It's not just your wallet at stake – it's your well-being. The floor near the drinks area looks like a watery maze. Something's awry, no doubt about it. And the place was eerily devoid of patrons.I was almost alone in this comedy of errors, and when I, just like the person ahead of me, asked for a receipt, it was like asking for a unicorn. In the words of an astute observer, "Forget this dump!" Protect your wallet and your health. These folks are up to some shenanigans, and it's a full-blown disaster.? Please give this review a thumbs up if it resonates with you, and I sincerely thank you for your support.
