Update your hours! We walked in at 6:50 and the front said they closed at 8. There were two customers in there already being helped and the lady told us she couldn’t help us because they were closed. Never coming here again.

The two employees this evening appeared bothered. Place seemed completely dead. Now I understand why. Hire people who want to work. Because they clearly don't. Check the surveillance @ 18:49:39. She slammed the cap on the yogurt and handle delivery pretty rough by throwing it across the counter to us upon check out.

This place is under new ownership now and the new people are super nice, the place is look clean and the new owner is working in get it better and better. And the yogurt is very good as always.

I'm rare to give a low score. Can even check to see this holds true and adds a bit more validation to my review. I went to this location today around 1:30pm to get my free birthday scoop. I was excited after such a hot day! When I arrived a mom with three kids came out with nothing in hand. I thought maybe they ate their yogurt inside, but little did I know they weren't served. I walked through and a man followed. After 2 minutes of no one coming out front, he left. I was determined to wait for someone to come out front to help me out. I could hear them washing dishes away and even could see them in the back doing so. I tried to get their attention, but nothing was pulling them away from that back area. So ultimately I left after waiting 5-7 minutes. Maybe the night staff left a mess for a single worker to deal with or some other reason why they never came up. Just to see 6 people had come and gone with no service or even acknowledgement is bitter to think about. I hope to come back soon, so I can change my review as I hate giving a 1 star, but surely wanted to share my experience and the 5 others who dealt with it in the time span I was there.

Place is dirty and smells.. we spend $5 on a mini and they don't even have napkins for my kids to wipe their mouth.. the lady that helped us has her music blaring some rock stuff I couldn't even hear her to order the ice cream.. all they have going for them is their franchise name.. I only went here because my boys wanted ice cream after the movies.. but won't be back.. this place is gross.. looks like they can't even wipe down anything but the tables.. oh and take your own napkins for your kids to use

Pictures look great on the Google page but you go in and get such a small amount of yogurt for a high price. I’d skip this place and go to Yogurtland. Almost $7 for this? Never again.

This is the best frozen yogurt you could have. Always very friendly and clean. We moved to CA from NY and were so happy to find one. Although 45 mins away from where we live, we come often and I have the Pinkberry app which always seem to have accumulated enough points (being a family of 7) that there's a free yogurt available every time we go, which is nice. My only complaint would be that sometimes depending on who's behind the counter, I have to ask for more toppings. I always either get a Medium or Large and would like the 2 toppings to last as long as the yogurt does. I feel that if I'm only asking for 2 toppings out of the 4/5 toppings that come included with that size, please give me extra of the ones I do choose without me having to keep saying "more please" over and over until it becomes weird. In that situation, I feel the employee should ask if that's a good amount. I've even purchased the .95 cent topping cups to avoid sounding greedy to what I should be entitled to for the price.

It's sad to say this place has gone downhill. This used to be my favorite place for dessert but when we went Tuesday we couldn't help but notice the employee who helped us was sick and kept whipping her runny nose with her hand and then went to get our yogurt with no gloves. Not to mention she's doing the register and taking cash payments and then back to making your yogurt without washing or wearing gloves. Meanwhile a big box of gloves was sitting by the toppings. We got grossed out and threw away the yogurt when we walked out. Pinkberry please educate your employees on proper cleanliness if they are handling food. Yikes ! BTW - bathroom was also disgusting and no hand soap. Disappointed

Today, 6/3/2023 at around 4:00pm, If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my family in today to get yogurt and immediately noticed how filthy and unkept this established was. But we still proceeded to order yogurt being that it was such a hot day and my daughter was craving it. When it was time for the employee to prep the yogurt with toppings I couldn't help but notice she had very bad hair hygiene and should have been wearing a hair net. After paying for our expensive yogurt we sat down to eat and noticed the same employee restocking the to go bags and licking her fingers to open the plastic bags. She then continued helping customers without washing her filthy hands. I could not believe what I was seeing. I will never return to this Pinkberry. This employee should be held accountable for their lack of work ethic and food handling. We will never go back to this location. If you are thinking of getting Pinkberry at Dos Lagos in Corona DONT! We ended up throwing our yogurt away after being so disgusted after watching the way the food was handled and all around cleanliness.

Very clean kitchen! Very nice froyo options! I really liked its dairy free option Mango froyo. My 3 year daughter really liked the froyo also. The owner and staffs are kind and attentive. I left my diaper bag inside but they kept it very safely with care. Their service and attitude are superb. Highly recommend
