Just picked up my food after waiting 20 minutes in the store for my food I ordered online, the worker obviously by herself was going slow which is understandable (I guess). But when I came to me to get my food she was going crazy looking for it and it was right behind her in a paper bag getting cold, and guess what I got the bag and it was the coldest pizza ever. I would have argued and asked for my money back or to just even reheat it but at that point my lunch was now over. What a L of a establishment this is

Placed in order for delivery at 4:30. Pizza Hut notifies me that Door Dash will be delivering my order in about 30 minutes. Didn't get my order until 6:30 and I had to call pizza hut to check the status of my own order!!! So tell me why door dash deserves a $7 delivery fee and why didn't pizza hut call door dash when they saw my order just sitting on the shelf for pick up?
