Terrible service from a woman named Cynthia, who was arrogant and had a terrible attitude from the moment we entered the store. She pretended not to hear us and only came to the counter when she felt like it. The store should consider hiring a different type of person for that position, as good customer service is essential there.

worst pizza I just got the pizza was cold looked like someone took a slice out of it the pizza also was so cold it looks like its been out for hours the wings were so bad and not buffalo like I ordered and the bread sticks were stale and the packaging looked like it was left out in the rain worst food ive ever gotten from any pizza place ever I hope whoever made this gets fired or if this is a normal then whoever runs it gets it shut down for public health.

I’ve given Pizza Hut plenty of chances this past year, but the quality has just gone downhill. This photo is from a fresh order I just received — and honestly, it looks like the pizza sat around for a week. The crust is hard, the toppings are always light. It’s clear they’re cutting corners. Even when I request extra of something they exclude it. Ingredients are being rationed. It’s disappointing, especially from a place that used to be reliable. This is an $35 pizza. I won’t be ordering again unless something seriously changes.

They switched drivers to Door Dash. My text updates say driver would hand it to me. Dude left it on my front porch without even knocking. Pizza was not as hot as when a pizza deliver driver delivers it.

Your “tavern style” pizza appears to be your regular thin crust pizza cut into squares and covered in Italian seasoning. Nearly inedible. Dry and crunchy, edges hard as a rock. Tastes like pouring dry Italian seasoning in your mouth. I normally like thin crust, yours has always been awful — but this takes terrible to a new level.
Placed my order online for delivery. Scheduled delivery time, paid, tipped and it didn't nearly come out to half as much as Dominoes was gonna charge. Food was hot when arrived and it was very good. Delivery driver was courteous! Thanks.

I usually don’t order pizza that often but the last few months have been busy for me, and every time I order from here it’s always ready on time, nice, hot and delicious to add the staff is always friendly and welcoming and that is rare now day so I appreciate it, it’s probably why I don’t hesitate to order as often as I do now because I know I’ll be greeted and served with a smile.
