Pizza Hut in Corona, California this is a convenient little Pizza Hut to go to for horse thief Canyon glad they started doing better deals like the build your own Pizza Hut box at two pizzas some wings, a cheese, bread of your choice and some dipping sauces. I think the only thing could’ve made that deal. Any better would’ve probably been drinks but usually you can catch a sale at Vons next-door. The wings are always really good. The pizza always tastes really fresh and they always have it ready for you. Super fast place looks really clean not really a sitdown restaurant more of kind of like pick up and go, but I definitely say that they’re pretty good. I’ve ordered for them four or five times in the last three weeks

Whatever you do, do NOT order food from here. I just ordered 2 Pizzas for delivery and they weren't even WARM. mind u, I live less than 5 miles away. They didn't even bother to give napkins. The crust isn't even golden brown, either. It even LOOKS undercooked. It's fast food, however, prior to this, pizza hut USED TO always make quality food. Idk what happened here, but this is the last time they get my hard earned money.
I ordered the pasta with vegetable it was so bad I took one bite and threw it in the trash. I also ordered the garlic bread sticks and they were awful. Never going to this pizza hut again.

This Pizza hit is terrible. They have screwed my last 3 orders. Last one, there pizza guy walked up carrying the pizza vertically and when I called them, they tell me I need to drive in to them to show the pizza and they will remake it for me. If I could drive, why would I pay extra for it to be delivered.
Today, my son has friends over. They put toppings that we didn't ask for and kids can't eat it and same thing. Bring it in and they will remake it. Again, why should I have to drive in when I paid for delivery.

Watch out for pricing fraud!
Went to this location today on a trip. Walked in and scanned the QR code at the register. The cashier rang up my order of 10 cheese bread sticks as $22, despite the price being $9.99 on the menu. I showed her the menu price and she refused to honor their menu price. She claimed she was the manager.
This place never answers there phone. They mess up on my order and didn’t get my sodas and they said they will give me credit but every time I try to use my credit nobody answers. This place completely sucks I don’t recommend since they don’t keep their word and steal your money. Specially the manager is worthless and won’t help for nothing, honestly the money doesn’t matter it’s the fact they lied and have no integrity

did an online food order, they messed up a partial part of our order. i called to see if they can remake it or refund. they wanted me to drive all the way back. so i did just that, when i got there they were so disrespectful & rude. i heard them talking about it in the back. i wanted to reorder but i was scared they would spit in my food. yes that’s how disgusting they’re attitudes were. the manager on staff couldn’t answer any of my questions on the phone and said “welp that’s just the rules” over and over. i asked to speak to someone else. she said “no”. worst pizza hut EVER

We live just like 5 minutes away from this location and its just the first time i do a review this location is convenient if you are traveling on a rv parking lot is huge … very close to the freeway exit on Indian truck fwy 15 South…. When I called in my order I asked if they had any medium pizza specials. The call center employee didn’t really respond and just listed off the standard price of a 1 topping med pizza. As I walk up to the store to pick it up, I see a poster that says “buy one get one free” for a medium 1-topping pizza. I asked the manager who cashed me out why this deal wasn’t mentioned to me over the phone when I asked, and she bluntly replied: “that’s the call center” and said I couldn’t get the deal anymore because I already paid. That didn’t really make any sense but ok. So I called the call center again to ask why the deal wasn’t offered to me. This time it was a different representative who began being argumentative and super rude when I simply wanted to know why there’s literally a poster that says “buy one get one free” in the store window yet their call center said nothing about it. His reason was that I didn’t specifically ask for that deal they “don’t proactively offer those specials.” Wait, so when a customer calls on Tuesday and asks “what medium pizza deals do you have?” they don’t mention the buy-one-get-one-free every Tuesday deal? This happened on July 2nd, 2024 11:31 am, store #026103. I also didn’t get the name of the rude call center employee either because when I asked he snapped “I already told you when you first called!” Pizza Hut quality and service has really taken a dive.
