From out of state and first time eating at PizzaRev. This place is legit! Was welcomed by employees when we first enter and we ordered the craft your pizza. All toppings were fresh and pizza was made perfect! Great atmosphere and food. 🤙🏾

Oh my gosh big difference from the last time I was here. Huge. No kidding. The pizza I got looks like someone who came from a suburb who didn’t know how to prepare the pizza. I ask for a thin and crispy. With three simple ingredients. Ham cheese and red onions. Imagining that it’d be a fresh ham and the cheese and sauce will do the trick. I don’t know how she prepared the dough and heated the chambers but when it came out the back of the pizza has some black burnt stuff a little gooey perhaps from a previous prep that was left in the chamber and we’re not prepped properly before sticking the fresh pizza on it. Tried to eat them but finally resigned and just consider it as a loss. I said to myself oh shucks it was done in ignorance. So I decided to bring the plate to the counter and was about to leave. But the lady who prepared it just stood there by the counter pretending to be busy. Something came to me and as I was about to leave I turned around and in being honest to myself I wanted to tell the lady that the pizza was burnt at the back and it was too raw and stiff that it does not taste like pizza crust at all. Well she reacted immediately in defense that she did what I told her. Woah so now it’s my fault that the pizza came out like that. I will always say what I think is good but she was not able to processed it the way I pictured it. If she’s ready to be behind that counter she better know what she’s doing. I feel for her especially when she’s unconscious of herself. I end up eating chipotle and I’m satisfied.
The pizza was the best. I ate the whole thing it was so good. The oreo desert thingy not so much. I couldn't give it away.

We went out to it here on Mother's Day for my mom because normally we love to eat here. Unfortunately, today was the worst here. We got three half and halfs and the salads were FROZEN. We tried to talk to the manager and the workers explaining the issue but they shrugged it off saying "we can't do anything about it" and wouldn't get us a refund either. We didn't eat the salad because we didn't want to get sick so we ended up wasting money on three salads and throwing them away. We spent a lot of money for food to go to waste.
