I ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets.I didn't get chicken i got fried chicken skin.. If you're gonna give people fried chicken skin.Put that on your menu for ordering.At this point I feel like you guys are rippeing off ppl.Where is the real chicken nuggets

Did an online order, but when I went to go pick up my order and came home, the chicken was cold. I went back up to the restaurant and let them know and they made me a whole new order with fresh hot chicken.
I got a 3 piece combo and a 3 piece tender meal. Not only did they tell me at the window after they had charged me, that they didn't have the pieces I had ordered for the 3 piece chicken meal, but they only gave me 1 bbq sauce. I came back to ask for more bbq sauce and the lady with a rude attitude told me that they only give 1 sauce per tender meal. I've been here before and that's never been the case. Please train your staff to work quicker and be more happy and respectful towards paying customers. I was the only car that day at that time. And they still took forever, they didn't have my chicken pieces and they gave me attitude. Never again. I'll drive to Norco next time.

The food here was absolutely disgusting. We waited 30 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich. There were only 2 cars in front of us, and from what we could tell, they didn't order much. The dude who took our payment didn't take our payment untilaftee he took the order of 3 more people behind us. Afterwards, it looked like he went into the kitchen to grab our food, which I didn't think much of at the time until afterwards, but doesn't a cool usually assemble the sandwich? I'm pretty sure the dude who took our payment made our food then handed it to us without ever having washed his hands. I didn't even think of this until after I ate half my sandwich. It was the most disgusting sandwich I've ever had from Popeyes. There was so much mayo that the bun fell apart and the fried skin of the chicken patty was sliding off. When I contacted customer service, they tried to offer me 500 Popeyes points which is less of the value than 1 chicken sandwich, and we waited 30 minutes for that garbage. I refused. Id rather just leave this review and hopefully take business away from this disgusting location.

Slow like a ? maybe even slower. Slowest Popeyes Drive-thru of ALL time. Location was not busy to have had to wait that long. Cars that ordered ahead of me turned off their vehicles, that is how l o n g we all had to wait for our food. Never in my life did I have to wait that long at a drive-thru. Total wait time 25+ mins. 25+ mins just to receive warm, one blow away from being cold fries and somewhat warm sandwich (ate in the parking lot) Store#12327 do better SMH huge let down.

Drive thru employee took 20 minutes to take my order when only 2 cars at the window, took my order completely wrong! He had (air pods) on no wonder!! Waited 36 min for food when it was empty inside!! And I told him did u just remove the pickles and gave me the same sandwich he looked shocked once I told him I can't have vinegar he immediately apologized and said he would make a new one!!!
I decided to visit the Popeyes on McKinley in Corona CA during my 1 hour lunch break. So I placed an App order 15 minutes before I drove there thinking that my order would be ready when I arrived to pick it up in the restaurant. The service from the associate at the counter was good. However, the services from the staff working in back including the management is terrible. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait for spicy chicken to come out from the fryer. I was completely okay with waiting 10 minutes for fresh fried chicken. However, that whole batch of chicken was all served to the drive-thru customers. Once I noticed this, I informed the associate that I was already waiting for that chicken before any of those drive-thru customers placed their order. The associate told me I now had to wait 20 more minutes for more chicken. I ended up waiting 35 minutes in the restaurant. By the time I got back to work and in the break room, I only had 5 minutes to eat, and I just ended up taking most of the food home and microwaving it when I got home. So the point of my story is if you're in a hurry or you place an order on their App, you better get in the drive-thru line no matter what. Drive thru customers are first priority at this Popeyes, and you will receive your order way faster. I will never come to this Popeyes again for lunch. I will say that the one piece of chicken I had time to eat was very good. By the way, there was never an apology from any staff member.

The worst honestly, wait time for food is atrocious, they are always somehow out of everything and looks like they have to make ur order from acratch. If u have a 30 min lunch don't come you will have to wait 30 minimum just to get your food. Especially if you order tenders or nuggets.
