This was my go to place to pick up a taro stormy boba. But after the way I was treated tonight after placing an online order and walking in the store to pick it up. The Girls working 12/10 at 6 PM. Would not give me my drink even though I told them I left my phone at home. I offered to provide them with the credit card that I used the name that I placed the order under and blandly refused, to give me my drink. Thankfully I live across the way got my phone and returned to the store. But honestly 20 minutes! I don't know if people "Steal" orders placed at R & B but as a faithful customer here. I Would like an apology from management! if you train your workers to treat people with disrespect I will not be returning.

Ordered thru Uber eats, when I received the drinks, one of them are sealed but yet half empty, mind you I ordered less ice not NO ICE, the amount of drink is a joke and I don’t understand how this could happen?

I recently visited R&B Tea and had a great experience. I tried the Lychee Green Tea with Aloe Vera, which was incredibly refreshing, and the Marble Coffee, which was pleasantly sweet. The staff was friendly and made the visit enjoyable. Definitely worth a stop for tasty boba drinks!

Really satisfied with the service and the drinks every time I go. My go-to drink is the Hawaii fruit and it’s always made to perfection! The store is also a very chill space to hang out while enjoy a good drink :)

Favorite spot to hang out with friends. Drinks are awesome, the baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. The matcha series is outstanding. My current fav togo is Matcha stormy pair with oreo choco egg waffle add-on cheese sauce dip. Highly recommend ! 10/10
I love the drinks and snackies here! Drinks are well made. Sweetness and ice level are customizable every time. I usually order no ice for my long drive, the barista always mentioned no ice will only fuel up to 85% of the drink. Well, I'm glad that they are honest, and didn't make my drink water down. Others place would add water to filled up when you ask for no ice. 10/10All drinks are delicious, the brown sugar boba and jasmine green tea are my family fav. Must try the stormy series here, most drinks are fresh fruits blend, specially avocados!

R&B tea has some of the best customer service I have encountered! The workers are incredibly kind and efficient. Got my drink out very quickly and it tasted amazing, one of my favorite spots for sure.

I regular customer here . I always loved their boba . But this time i received wrong mango stormy that don’t taste at all like it should overall only taste like milk when I called them they denied me and keep telling it’s like that only .stop bluffing as I always had ordered from here they didn’t even gave me another option when m telling should I come back to replace instead told me not now or tomorrow after that the another woman took the call and said we can’t replace with anything ?i ll never come back here nor would suggest anyone . Please don’t go here . Worst customer service and money takers . Order no 18
