Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of trust from them, as I ordered four Caniac combos but received boxes containing only four chicken strips each instead of the six I paid for. Even after the manager replaced them with ten strips, i was still given short on my return visit. They are clearly deceiving consumers for their own profit.

We are ordering food from this location 3-4 times a week. The pieces are keep getting you smaller and smaller. Last time we ordered a Six pieces and four pieces. Each box had a Piece of no longer than an inch. We called to ask why you are literally giving us one less piece in each order. He said I’m sorry about that. No offer to make it right. Kept me on line for 10 min as well. Very unhappy with their service! I’m Actually, in shock of the Attitude!

I like Canes. But, this store most of the breading fell off the chicken strips as I was trying to eat them.

The gal working the drive thru did an amazing job of customer service. And truly enhanced my overall experience with this store.

Went in and ordered my food. We got our food however the team member forgot our card and got off to get my debit card. Next thing I know I get two Different charges and I called spoke to manager who said it would get reversed and it never did. Very upsetting and irritating that they used my card for two different charges. I love raising canes however this makes me not trust them.

How can you not like this place!

Quality of food and service here is at times inconsistent. I've waited 6 minutes for fresh French fries only to have them served over cooked. Or with no salt. Or undercooked. HIT OR MISS here. I still eat here knowing this.

Raising Cane's can be a hit or miss but when it's a hit it's a hit that chicken is finger. Looking good when it's crispy and that Texas toast is why I keep coming back and that cane sauce. My God that cane sauce is delicious
