Yes prices have gone up but if it's good I'll pay it. You have to order off the kiosk even if employees are not doing anything but watching you. The air conditioning is not working. They do have a portable ac, but that doesn't seem to be doing anything. It was a 15-minute wait for them to make boba only for it to be bland. The parking was hard to find at the busy complex. I've loved coming here in the past, but won't be coming back anytime soon.

FOOD ALERT!!!!They start to serve Vietnamese sandwiches. And its bomb. The beef was so good, and the special green sauce made me keeping me eating nonstop.Good portion, good price.They open at 11:30. I am glad to have another place for lunch now.

Guy, working at 3:22pm. on 01/16 was SO rude! Horrible customer service! He was making and delivering the drinks with an attitude. He definitely needs to be retrained! I always go to Boba Star across the street, but I was on my break and had only a few minutes to spare, so I gave this place another try, and I instantly regretted that choice. If you want fast, FRIENDLY, and boba drinks at a good price, I recommend BOBA STAR ACROSS THE STREET in El Super shopping center! They provide a stamp card too and can earn free drinks!

Without a doubt one of my favorite places to drink black pearl tea. If you are a taro lover, I recommend the fresh taro milk tea, this drink has pieces of the root ? really delicious, it has no artificial colors or flavors. Another sweet option is Ube (it is very sweet) I recommend both. It's the first place that inspires me to try all their drinks. The attention of the attentive staff, they give you suggestions for different drink options, the price is a little high but it is worth it for the taste and quality.

I really liked the whole place and the drinks I recommend going there.
Used to be my favorite boba shop. Haven’t been here for awhile, but I came back and got the Ralpha Signature and it tasted like JUST milk and boba. :/ It sucks also having to type in your order on the kiosk while the employees sit on their phones. Asked for recommendations multiple times and they just didn’t know anything. #BringbacktheoldRalpha. My dog could take better orders than this lol.

I'm sorry I have to give this place 2 stars. For the past week, my son has been staying with me, and on a daily, he's been wanting Boba so we've been trying to get some from here, but every time we come here it doesn't open till 12:15 pm when it says 12pm and the boba's are not ready til 25 mins after that. It's been a bust week I don't want to wait 40mins for a boba.

Kinda hard to run a boba place when you don't make enough boba. Better call ahead of time and make sure they actually have stuff to sell before wasting your time. Next time just close early if you run out or just make enough for the day.
