Yes prices have gone up but if it's good I'll pay it. You have to order off the kiosk even if employees are not doing anything but watching you. The air conditioning is not working. They do have a portable ac, but that doesn't seem to be doing anything. It was a 15-minute wait for them to make boba only for it to be bland. The parking was hard to find at the busy complex. I've loved coming here in the past, but won't be coming back anytime soon.

FOOD ALERT!!!!They start to serve Vietnamese sandwiches. And its bomb. The beef was so good, and the special green sauce made me keeping me eating nonstop.Good portion, good price.They open at 11:30. I am glad to have another place for lunch now.

Without a doubt one of my favorite places to drink black pearl tea. If you are a taro lover, I recommend the fresh taro milk tea, this drink has pieces of the root ? really delicious, it has no artificial colors or flavors. Another sweet option is Ube (it is very sweet) I recommend both. It's the first place that inspires me to try all their drinks.
