Red Ginger China Bistro is a hidden gem. They have a good variety of food options, very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Tonight, we ordered a sweet & sour chicken and a broccoli beef dinner. Included were freshly fried wontons with dip, a bowl of soup, egg roll, paper wrapped chicken, rice and the entrees. You get an incredible amount of food, completely sharable, and it was all delicious!

The restaurant is much larger than you'd expect from it's location and includes a small bar in the middle room with larger tables for larger parties and a back room for larger parties, overflow and events. The front room includes a large screen tv so sports fans can monitor their favorite event. The ambiance and decor is a tasteful, classic chinese blending of beautiful red lamps, mahogany panels and trim, and black quartz tables with a hint of sparkle.

For 40 years, I tried to convince my husband to go to a Chinese restaurant. No way. We often have Chinese takeout, but he just never would dine in. Never had, and he doesnt like change. On New Years I got him to go here with me. Guess what? 2 weeks later, we're back!

I was very disappointed with our New Year’s Eve order. The food had very little meat and the quality was not up to the standard there was absolutely little to no meat in the dishes. I’ve been a regular customer and have never received food this poor. Additionally, the fried rice was missing from the initial delivery, although it was later brought out and delivered I appreciate it.

The crispy duck and all the other items we ordered at our table were fantastic. Best Chinese food I've had in Corona. Will definitely go back. Owners were also very friendly and accommodating.
