Horrible service after a very long wait. Food was not good.

The food was over priced for what you get and a bit to salty for me

First time guest, would not recommend. One star for the berry sangria, it was really good. Our tappan chef tried, but show was subpar. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. My steak and shrimp were both overcooked and food had no flavor. Waitress was up talking in the front as the two parties at our table sat waiting for our checks. We both asked a server twice, to get ours, he walked to the front twice and she just kept having a conversation. When she finally made it back to our table, she gave me the wrong check, in which I had to point out. Spent over $100 for two adults, sad we won’t be back.

Super expensive for tiny portions, and food was just ok. Service for the costs should have been way better! Will not go back!

This place is allot of fun and the chef we had was super engaging with the whole table and all the kids.

Ordered hibachi dinner. Our server was kind, but forget our soup and salad that comes with our meal. Waited extra long for our food. It came and he said he thought he already brought out our soup and salad. Ordered the NY steak with shrimp & recieved nothing but fatty pieces. Not worth it for the price.

We came in on a Saturday night. It wasn't very busy in the dining room and we were seated right away. Our table and seats should have been wiped down but weren't. We didn't complain about that because there were just a few crumbs. NBD. I think our server may have been new to the job because that's where things started to go awry. We placed our orders and were brought the soup and salad (the mushroom miso soup was very good, the salad not so much) but we had to ask twice for some silverware for the salad. We had also ordered some sushi as an appetizer, and had to remind our server about it after they brought our entrees, even after they mentioned twice that it was on the way before the food came out. The food was good. I recommend the shrimp yakisoba. The Mexican roll sushi was very good and spicy. My husband enjoyed his shrimp and vegetable tempura.

Several years ago I got food poisoning from this place and it was the sickest I had ever been in my life. I was sick for 5 days throwing up so hard that I busted the blood vessels in my right eye. When I phoned the restaurant and spoke with a manager, he offered for me to come back at no cost. Question is, why would I want to go back? I simply wanted my money back, but that did not happen, and needless to say, I've never been back.

So I ordered two steak and shrimp with yakisoba noodles on the side for both meals and didn't get them it just so annoying to have to go back to the restaurant and they didn't even apologize they told me it was going to be ready. Got there and wasn't even ready he asked me twice why was there for and he told me it was going to be 5 minutes I literally waited for like 20 min or more and again no one said sorry.

An employee named Cesar here was very helpful patient with me and helped my doordash delivery experience go great. Customer asked for extra sides and he went out of his way to make sure I got them! You rarely see people like this, definitely recommend this place just because of Cesar!

Came with the Family for Teppan dine in. The food prepared by our Chef Humberto (Beto) was simply exquisite. He did an amazing job with the cooking show keeping our little ones entertained and engaged. Highly recommend this place!
