I usually don’t do these but we ordered only 2 dirty doctor peppers, 4 French toast Sticks, 4 jalapeño poppers and 8 mozzarella sticks and took 15 minutes and they forgot my jalapeño poppers. Idk if they need more staff to help but it shouldn’t take that long and they forgot my jalapeño poppers.

Ordered through the app. Got to Sonic, checked in, and it took 12 minutes to get my order, one grilled cheese, groovy fries and cherry slush. The best part, only one other car in the entire place. Not sure why it took so long. The drink was great, sandwich was okay. The reason for the bad review is because the fries were limp, cold and greasy. These are advertised as hot and crispy. They were awful. This is second time this happened at this location. I had already driven off when I saw the fries, and traffic is so bad around this location at 5pm on a Tuesday I didn't have the energy to go back.

Worst walk in service ever. The inside is digustingly destroyed and the entire floor is sticky. The service is terrible as it sounds like 3 people working the entire building by themselves. Totally unnacceptable to not hire enough people to actually run the buisness and neglect almost everything. While waiting for someone to take my order 14mins later I heard numerous people complaining in the drive thru and the parking lot had people showing up and leaving without being served totally terribly run.

The online ordering system hasn't allowed me to make a transaction for about a week now... Called customer support but they gave me the runaround for about another week.... no longer a customer and I no longer going to be visiting any Sonic location.

Went to try out the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito. The burrito definitely tasted good but the price is too high for what you get.

Friendly, food was good; the place was really dirty. It honestly needs someone to come in and scrub from the floor on up.. i will not be eating inside again. I'm debating if i will do the drive-thru.. I'm not sure if it clean in the back where they cook.
Went through the drive through to get 2 shakes. There were 3 cars ahead of me, it took 20 minutes to get through and then both my shakes were wrong.
Been here a handful of times and experiences just get worse and worse. Probably won’t be returning.

Very disappointing first impression. Let me start with I’m in a wheelchair so i thought it would be a great experience to eat in the car. That did not happen. Our server would not get me a tray to eat my food properly. Our server also forgot many items and had to go back n forth in 100 degree weather.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not recommended for car service.
