Large chili cheese fries are supposed to have way more fries than this. Get it together

I usually don’t do these but we ordered only 2 dirty doctor peppers, 4 French toast Sticks, 4 jalapeño poppers and 8 mozzarella sticks and took 15 minutes and they forgot my jalapeño poppers. Idk if they need more staff to help but it shouldn’t take that long and they forgot my jalapeño poppers.

Ordered through the app. Got to Sonic, checked in, and it took 12 minutes to get my order, one grilled cheese, groovy fries and cherry slush. The best part, only one other car in the entire place. Not sure why it took so long. The drink was great, sandwich was okay. The reason for the bad review is because the fries were limp, cold and greasy. These are advertised as hot and crispy. They were awful. This is second time this happened at this location. I had already driven off when I saw the fries, and traffic is so bad around this location at 5pm on a Tuesday I didn't have the energy to go back.

Worst walk in service ever. The inside is digustingly destroyed and the entire floor is sticky. The service is terrible as it sounds like 3 people working the entire building by themselves. Totally unnacceptable to not hire enough people to actually run the buisness and neglect almost everything. While waiting for someone to take my order 14mins later I heard numerous people complaining in the drive thru and the parking lot had people showing up and leaving without being served totally terribly run.

Went to try out the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito. The burrito definitely tasted good but the price is too high for what you get.
