This location is the best! I can’t stress enough how awesome the staff is. It’s a walk in only store but worth it in my opinion. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable there. When it’s not so busy they walk your food and drink out to you! Maybe not all the time but the times I’ve been there that’s been my experience! Went to get my red cup today and it was busy! But they had one staff member handling everyone’s orders handing them their red cups with their orders! Very well done!

My favorite Starbucks location by far! I come almost regularly because of their great service! The staff runs so efficiently, especially with the holiday season. The manager Nicole warmly greeted me as well as other customers. A barista that truly stands out is Caitlin. She is so welcoming and is such a pleasure to talk to. Every conversation and experience with her is so personal. Exceptional customer service!

Get ready to be given an attitude if you get here 15min before closing. The two girls working on 3/12/25 were obviously annoyed that we walked in at 8:46pm. Before we even ordered, they said that we are closing soon. That's rude!! We get our food and sat down around 8:50 and we get another reminder that they are closing in 10 minutes. At 8:56pm, we get another "We are closing in 4 minutes". 3 people were about to walk in at 8:57 and they refused service. Wow!!!

Yesterday I went there for my wife and I. She ordered a white chocolate mocha. But when she tried it, it was just a regular mocha. As I did not find this out before getting home, she just drank it.
Usually Starbucks is on point. My caramel macchiato was delicious as usual. The drive thru staff were just a little off point. But it was good.

Avoid this SB. Starbucks hasn’t been great in a long time. The drink menu sucks now. But what’s consistent is the lack of customer service…. Employees never get better. Maybe it comes with age. They tend to hire young… so this should probably be expected for their generation. Not worth returning.
