Sadly I'm here all the time! The staff seems like they hate working here. It is wild to come to Starbucks and have dirty drinking cups all the time. I have to ask for a to go cup since at least one of the night baristas does not give 2 F's at all what they serve you. I wish there was another one closer to my house. I enjoy reading and doing extra work in a coffee shop. GET BETTER!!!! Is the point of this post. You shouldn't be okay with this dirty business practices.

This morning. I went through the drive through to attempt to order a traveler. The person who stood outside to take orders, immediately told me that i couldnt order it through rhe Drive through. Which was odd because other locations allow me to do it. Needless to say she advised the inside that i wanted to order a traveler rudely, and then waved us off. We went through rhe drive through and got to the window and advised that we wanted to order a traveler, we advised that we wanted Blonde coffee, didnt ask us about cup sizes or anything took our payment and told me we needed to go inside. We park and go inside and the traveler was not started, after 5 minutes they started making it. 25 minutes later we are finally walking out with our coffee. Take it to my event and it is NOT blonde the coffee was dark and muddy.
I am writing this because Starbucks typically has great service but in this instance, we didnt get the service from inital impact through receiving my order. To top it off, wrong type of coffee. To soend money and time for an incorrect product is beyond me. Called the store to obtain manager information and i was put on hold multiple times. I will not revisit this location again and will stick with the stores that were able to support me with customer service and a product i purchased.

When going through the drive through you need to by pass it and back to it depending on the way you are coming. Otherwise it is hard to get in and you will need to back up and maneuver your way in

I ordered a caramel macchiato and it tasted like cigarette butts, refunded it for a matcha and it was super chalky.
I've been coming here for a while, and every time has been a pleasant experience. Shout-out to Emily today for being so sweet, friendly, and understanding! She made my stressful day today so much better.

All I have to say is wow… this starbucks service is absolutely incredible! My little sister just turned 14 and wanted to get her birthday reward! The kind man named Brandon working the window went out of his way to make my sister smile with questions about her day! She went to the pirate show in brea and he said he went when he was around 13 and 14 too!
