Employees were ok. They all just seemed like they didn’t want to be there which I can understand. Ordered 2 venti drinks. No modifications or anything. They did not fill up the cups with product. Might as well have ordered a grande if they were not going to give me the amount that I paid for. I did not want to argue so I just left with them not full.

Hi people. I don’t like to post bad reviews but sometimes it’s happen. Let’s start with Ms. Manago or whatever she was. Blonde lady, for me she took something, she was hyped sooo crazy, interrupted to conversation with barista at checkout. She said no pic in here and in the middle of conversation she just quickly quit. ? she is in wrong party. They made wrong size of my coffee, it’s typical ? location isn’t clean. Entry door with long thick white stain, frond glass of bar- DIRTY, tables don’t remember connection with cleaning towels. Floor could be more clean. So so…Parking: No problem with parking

I can't believe this but I felt so uncomfortable the minute I walked in. I mean the tension was thick .The lady up front didn't even welcomeme the first thing she said is "Do you have a mobile order". I was so polite with all the workers why would they treat me poorly? I noticed they treated the customers after me better. So I told my boyfriend who is a different color than me to go in and order a drink they gave him so much respect and also gave him a venti instead of tall. I would never be back at the Starbucks again.

This is my go-to Starbucks; they’re the fastest one in Eastvale I promise lol. And the drink quality is super good compared to other ones I’ve been to. To boot the staff are super friendly.

They literally filled my drinks with ice! I paid $6 a drink to get ice! I do not recommend anyone go to this Starbucks!
I would honestly avoid this specific location as much as possible. There are multiple other Starbucks in Eastvale that offer much better customer service and better baristas. I understand this job specifically can be overwhelming and customers aren't always cooperative, so I try my best to have a positive attitude towards the baristas. However, their day must've been going terribly because I was welcomed with a cold shoulder. I typically don't come here because the drinks are always off, I only stopped by today because its really hard to mess up a strawberry açaí. But once the girl had a bad attitude with me, I took my business elsewhere. The 3 star rating of this location makes a lot of sense.

This place is always so so so so so so rude to me sometimes I ordered tea and they give me the wrong tea but a lot of times they have a lot of bad attitudes I am a regular at different Starbucks and they're so nice to me all the time I don't know what it is about this location on Limonite and Archibald near sprouts they really need to have a customer service training especially on the speakerphone

Every morning I go through their drive-thru and order a cafe latte. The baristas are always friendly, they have smiles on their faces and they get your order right. Your wait time is not long regardless of the amount of cars that are in the drive-thru and they provide good customer service. I would recommend this Starbucks if you're placing your order in the mornings.
