-5! Worst starbucks location ever. I rather they close this branch out then having it nearby and still giving them an opportunity! They're never going to improve or clean this branch! Each individual at this location is rude, entitled, spoiled brats. Can't even clean behind their machines, always dirty. Ive gotten my pastries half frozen, my drinks half assed. They also like to play games with the customers, arrive to the drive through at 8:17pm just to have them tell you at 8:29 that theyre closed and their system automatically shuts down. I have called and complained to customer care and requested that a manager, store manager or regional manager call me back, and not one word from them.

Worse service ever. No friendly attitude. I received my drink in about 13 minutes nobody in line. They were not busy. And when I stood to ask for a water 4 employees plus the cashier and manager both stood there. No one asked if I needed anything. It was pretty bad. I left never again will I go there. I will just go to vons Starbucks in the same shopping center.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. The employees were more focus on mobile orders than the customers actually inside of the store.

I do love their drinks. They are a bit pricey if you go consistently. I use it at a treat for myself every now and then. I'm obsessed with their tumblers and coffee cups though.

Literally just went in like 2 minutes ago and was "greeted" by Leiana. (I think that's how it's spelled) sorry, not sorry. She gave me a snappy attitude when I ordered my drink for no reason whatsoever, then when I thought she had heard me wrong, I asked to confirm the drink name only to be met with even more patronizing attitude. My morning probably would've been better if I didn't go in for coffee here.

This is a review for T or Tee in the drive thru! I came through after work, so around 4:30 - 5 pm at the beginning of this week, & she was just so sweet and efficient with both taking my order and providing it to me when at the last window. Probably one of the best encounters I've had at this location in a very long time and I'm a frequent SB goer. Thank you for being so kind and great at your job

Service changes with new staff, think they are some drinks not being made to order lately. Starbucks drinks are not available and seem from what told they run out of basic ingredients to make the drinks! Cost is very expensive. Started enjoying our brew at home better atmosphere too!

Always consistent when they make my drinks. They do have some issues with general supply of everyday items- tea, oatmeal, but overall a good quick stop.

We love coming here for a quick stop for coffee, tea or a specialty drink and munchies. Great food. You can even grab coffee to take home and brew. Ask them to grind your coffee beans or grab a bag of ground coffee to go.

Don't go to starbuck to much sugar and chemicals in the drinks. They even have signs saying it can cause cancer.

I have lived close to this Starbucks for over 5 years and since then this store has gone down in quality, I only gave three starts because there are employees who are extremely nice, and they already know my order. But sometimes I feel ripped off, the price is way too high to be paying for coffee that is never made right. It has been this way and I feel like they need to train their employees correctly. They have been shutting down on several days (maybe COVID related), but they should have used those days to train some employees.
