Employees double cupped my cup of coffee which is against the company policys....now my hands and chest are burned beacuse the lid failed to secure due to it being double cupped

it used to be cool but i the power outlets are broken, and the open outlets dont work like they used to, and the restroom allways smells like backed up sewage. such a shame.. i guess i could get my coffee and leave asap. not a place to work..

I ordered an iced sugar cookie latte with sugar cookie cold foam. With a hot chestnut praline. This is the second time that they messed up the same drink and it seems to be the same girl that messes up the same drinks. She is the tall heavy set girl with dark brown/black hair that works the hot coffee bar. She worked Friday, Sunday, and Monday. My wife and I have confronted her several times on the fact that the drinks were wrong and every time she catches an attitude with us. And messes up the drinks AGAIN, either missing an ingredient that was paid for or not making the right drink at all. All this just to keep telling her that it's not what's on the sticker. At long last she finishes the drinks and when you taste it, it's either watered down or has no flavor whatsoever. So now I just think she's intentionally making the drinks wrong. Either she needs retraining or she needs to be replaced. We will be taking out business elsewhere.

The customer service at the Starbucks is amazing. I moved to Corona year and a half ago and the girls know my name as soon as they hear my voice and they know my drink and they're always putting some thing so amazing on my cup that just makes my day that much better. I just had breast cancer surgery and they all were cheering for me and it was just amazing on another cup they put we love you, Jeanna these men and women at the Starbucks just are amazing

The drink I ordered was a venti chestnut praline frappe with two add shots and my drink tasted all like milk and didn’t taste no espresso shots in it and the color of the drink was not even right it should’ve been darker than the usual frappe color but it was not. The frappe roast and the espresso should’ve made it darker but instead it wasn’t. Ruined my day. Gotta say, baristas need to learn how to make their drinks.

I come here almost everyday and I don't know how they only have 3 stars. It's the best Starbucks I've been to. Friendly staff and the manager is excellent. Everyone there's hustling to get things done. They do a great job.

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to and it's a bummer because I just moved into metro at main and was looking forward to Starbucks being close since I get one every morning. t's been three different times that my drink was missing or made wrong. This last time two other people complained their drinks were wrong. So now I get to make my drive to work without my coffee to get it at the Starbucks near my office. It's a shame. I hope management looks into this. I miss my old starbucks location never had this issue and they were so pleasant. These people look miserable and make others feel the same way. Not a good way to start your day.

Upon entering, I was greeted by a lobby so warm and inviting, I felt like I had just walked into a cozy hug. The baristas were all smiles, ready to embark on this coffee expedition with me. I wasted no time in ordering my beloved Sweet Vanilla Cold Brew, praying that it would dance on my taste buds like a sugary symphony. As soon as I took my first sip, it was as if a choir of angels had descended upon my taste buds. The combination of smooth, velvety cold brew and the sweet vanilla notes sent my senses into a delightful frenzy. The coffee gods must have gathered in a heavenly board meeting to concoct such perfection.My experience at Starbucks Corona North Main St. was nothing short of extraordinary. With their great coffee, welcoming ambiance, and the ability to whip up a Sweet Vanilla Cold Brew that could make even the grumpiest of souls break into a spontaneous dance routine, this place deserves all the coffee-loving accolades it can get. Great coffee and welcoming lobby. However, it is not posted anywhere the time lobby closes, so if you walk in at 9:45pm, they greet you by telling you that lobby is closed and they keep reminding you that. Not nice...It was windy outside and we had an old handicap lady in our group but they didn't care. So, we had to sit outside and shortly leave.
