Beautiful place with a very large area for sitting inside and outside. Workers are really nice and polite. They are open 24 hours drive thru and open lobby at 4:40am

I went here at around 11 PM on friday june 6th. When I arrived there was 1 car which appeared to be ordering because the lights inside were on, the menu was on, and the cars window was down. When I pulled up to order, nobody was talking and I could very clearly see 3 young boys laughing talking and ignoring the line in the drive through. I had my window down and was talking to my passenger saying “Are they open?” “Google says 24 hour Starbucks maybe they changed it and haven’t updated their hours.”. After I was talking, I watched them shut off the lights on the menu and said out loud “Omg they just turned off the menu!” then they laughed as one of them turned off all the lights inside. At this point I’m very upset because it’s extremely obvious that they’re just messing with all the customers in line. I drove 25 minutes out of my way to find a 24 hour starbucks but at this point I’m still thinking it must be a mistake. Well when I drive around the building, there’s a HUGE BRIGHT “OPEN 24 HOURS” sign which I guess they forgot to turn off??? I never leave bad reviews but this was so inconsiderate and disrespectful. These employees are getting paid to turn off the lights and ignore customers at night. I’ve never had a bad experience with Starbucks and I am so disappointed that this happened.

I'm not the type to leave a bad review, especially not a one star review, but I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I went around 11 pm on June 6th (this place actively has an led open 24 hours sign) and the two male and one masc presenting female workers instead of at least speaking into the drive through mic (they were messing around in the kitchen, talking and laughing) they turned off the menu light and the indoor lights. So, at this point I thought maybe I was mistaken about the hours, but then I drive around the corner and I see that sign saying that they are supposed to be open (guess they forgot to turn that off!🤬🤬). They were just standing in the dark. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. I have NEVER EVER in my life had a bad experience with Starbucks. I really hope this is just a one off, and they haven't been doing this consistently.

This is one of my favorite starbucks to frequent. The employees are the absolute best in the world, and I always receive the best Americano or whatever I order. The vibe is so great, maybe that's the simple answer why.

First time visiting this Starbucks. Treating my daughter and aunt to a Venti Holiday coffees that come with the Starbucks holiday cup free today. Service was quick with good nice staff and a big clean place to sit and talk while our coffee was being prepared. Our Mocha coffee was made just how we like it. Venti Mocha made with Half n half, 3 pumps of Mocha with Whip and Extra Hot. (I don't like the Starbucks original Mocha recipe. It tastes too much like hot chocolate)My way, you taste the coffee first with mocha nice chocolate notes. Give it a try.

Because I was Hispanic and did not speak English, they denied me a glass of water. They told me that Starbucks' new rules were not to give water to Hispanics who do not speak English.....and that if I wanted water I had to buy a minimum of $20 for it. they gave me water

Ordered mobile pickup.
Got my notification it was ready
Walked in, was greeted and treated well.
The restroom was available as well.
I'll try some food in next time.
