This location actually changes and keeps their water filter current (it keeps out all of the contaminants [e.g. lead, chlorine, forever chemicals, etc ] from your drinks.) I checked w/ a TDS water meter that read at <3 TDS which is phenomenal actually, for any Starbucks location. Compare to 400+ at Temecula/Pechanga. 5-Stars for the management here, who run a tight ship.

The team (management) at night is the best. but the lady Coleen (morning shift) is rude and tough i visit this location every day about two times (usually at night) but today I didn't have a comfortable experience. The 1 ? Is based on her miserable attitude. Is not about what you tell to the customers is the way you say it....

I can't stand how rude these drive thru employees are. One woman just had no emotion or anything. She just rudely grabbed my card and put it in the scanner. Huge problem. It's like when you go in, you don't know if they are going to be nice today or be in an attitude. Fix your employees!

Coffee master Matt and his crew were so welcoming and professional. It was a very good experience that I had not expected. I will take the time to come inside the store again in the future at the end of the evening as it was relaxing, quiet, and a good place to get some work done.Vegetarian options: They have a new almond milk protein drink that I had not seen before on their shelf and it was quite delicious — low in sugar as a bonus.Parking: Even with their nightly delivery semi truck in the parking lot there was plenty of room to get in and out of the store. I appreciated this very much.Kid-friendliness: Everything about the protein box was delicious. Good for kids and vegetarians alike.
The fraps leave a bad aftertase. Obviosly cheap ingredients. And the woke cuiture is nausiating. I get my coffee elsewhere whenever possible.

Being new to the area, I felt right at home. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. There are a ton of regulars that the employees know by name. My drink was taking awhile to be made. I eventually got up to ask how much longer and it appeared my ticket had been misplaced. They were very apologetic and made my drink quickly. Even with that error I still am giving a 5 star. All the employees seem to truly love their job. Smiles all around. Thank your for the welcoming environment!

Went to drive through asked for 2 venti peach green tea lemonade. They had No peach syrup. Asked for the pineapple passion fruit lemonade, the display came up passion fruit lemonade, I mentioned that the display was wrong and it didn't include the pineapple. What I got from the girl taking my request was, "then what do you want"? This came in a very snotty way with a big sigh. I said I'd forgo any order because it sounded like I was bothering her. Waited on two cars ahead and got the stink eye as I drove by the window. Hope it wasn't me that made our interaction negative. Hope her day picked up from there. Been to this location before, will try again.
