Very poor service. I ordered 4 items online for pick up. When I got there, 3 of the 4 items were ready. While I waited for the 4th item (latte), 3 other people walked in, ordered drinks, and got them immediately!! While I was still waiting for the latte I ordered online at least 20 minutes prior.

After receiving very rude and unprofessional behavior from a staff member today, I do not think I will come back to this specific location.They always mess up something with my order. Also, every time I make a mobile purchase it takes way longer than it's supposed to. I made my order at 4:09 on December 31 and I received it 25 minutes later, even though the app will tell you it will be done in 3-7 minutes (Which is also the same day I received rude behavior from a staff member.)

My husband did a wedding in Lake Elsinore and after the wedding we had to head home in Glendora to do another wedding. So glad we found this Starbucks. We ordered our super macha with soymilk and was so happy. Made it home. Changed our wardrobe and head off to the other wedding.

While we were on our road trip from San Diego to Las Vegas, this Starbucks felt like a perfect little pause between destinations. It wasn’t just a coffee stop it was a moment to relax, catch our breath, and sip on something familiar before heading into the neon lights of Vegas.
As always, I went with my all-time favorite: Mocha Chocolate Chip Frappuccino a drink that holds so much memory for me. It’s more than a cold coffee; it’s a taste of nostalgia. The first time I ever tried it was back in 2022 during my university days at the University of Illinois, thanks to my ex-girlfriend who introduced me to it. Since then, it’s been my go-to drink every time, it feels like a sweet connection to where I began my journey in the U.S.
My cousin, visiting from London, gave it a try for the first time here..and guess what? He loved it too. Said it was one of the best things he had on the road so far.
That moment sharing my favorite drink with someone from across the world, in the middle of California’s desert drive just made it special.
The baristas here were quick, friendly, and professional. The store was tidy, well-lit, and had the perfect parking spot for us to take a short break before hitting the road again.
Grateful for the consistency Starbucks baristas always maintains because sometimes, a familiar taste is all it takes to feel at home, even when you’re miles away from it.

I came here with my family and the service was awesome. Baristas were on point, e.specially Ruben. He is such an awesome barista, he is so kind and helpful, and he is great at managing the register. He always makes customers feel welcome! <3
