Love to come here daily, either when it's just to come grab a quick drink or to catch up on some work. The baristas are always so welcoming and understanding when it comes to your orders. Jennifer has been one of my go to baristas, and she is the kindest person you will ever get to deal with!

Manager is rude bad customer service I simply said my drink was not made right I asked the lady if I could speak with managersā¦.she made the weirdest face said Iām the manager. Never had bad experience with Starbucks before. I buy food and drink everyday but it was my first time in this location. I really like this new Starbucks. Itās always super clean, and their service is faster than the other Starbucks nearby. The young miss barista with glasses and eyebrow piercing is always friendly and welcoming, which makes it feel way better than dealing with all the AI service everywhere now. I donāt know her name, but she mentioned that she likes her manager, Brandon. You donāt usually hear that from employees, so it seems like everyone here actually enjoys their job, and thatās probably why the customer service is so good.

This location has the worst customer service of all the Starbucks I have ever visited. This location is on my way home so I stop by plenty of times, today I asked to remake my order because its was nothing but milk, They remake it and tasted like Burt coffee maybe an old coffee shot that was sitting around worst drink than before. I also ordered 3 more drink none had tags which actually was a 1st but had to literally taste them all just to know which was which.

This is usually my go to place and I have the most horrible experience today. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:14 itās now 1050 and I still have not gotten my order after asking multiple times everyoneās getting their drink except for me. I understand it was busy. This is why I ordered ahead of time people that came after me were getting their stuff And in then the end I never even got anything just asked for my money back. Definitely not a way to start my Friday.
