I studied here for a while and it was great. I got my drink within a couple minutes and it was small enough that no one really bothered me. Great wifi too!!

This is usually my go to place and I have the most horrible experience today. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:14 it’s now 1050 and I still have not gotten my order after asking multiple times everyone’s getting their drink except for me. I understand it was busy. This is why I ordered ahead of time people that came after me were getting their stuff And in then the end I never even got anything just asked for my money back. Definitely not a way to start my Friday.

Ok ? my feLLow friends and neighbors ? i never go through the drive ? through 1st of aLL. My wife spent the week ? in the ER/HospitaL and she was hurtin' for certain! So, i went through the drive ? through. Eva, who was Our young Lady that heLped us; did more than just heLp us out!!! After being tired, wiped out and just wanting to go home ? -->Eva made sure that everything we ordered, the food was "fresh", nice & hot and heLped us decide on a few of the items! She didn't rush us & was very kind, decent, patient and very respectfuL. So, off we went--> home ? with an order of Egg White's & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites, a Sausage/ Cheddar & Egg Sandwich, 2 Fancy, very tasty & fresh BLueberry Muffins. To drink, we ordered the Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher Beverages. This fairLy "new" Starbucks is Located strategicaLLy in a pLace, where you can see ? it from the hospitaL ? as you are Looking out the window across the street. Nice pLace...5☆☆☆☆☆ CLean 5☆, and Eva gets a 5☆☆☆☆☆ from my wife & i. i have fun with my Letters in the aLphabet as you can weLL see by now, but it's aLL good just the same. ? @ 70 yrs. young! Boy these baristas are not having it today. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a female, person of color, or just have one complicating name. But upon entering the store, the enployee looked at me and didn't acknowledge me or greet me and I was standing there for at least 5 minutes waiting to just put my order in. Until someone from the back finally came to help me. And when my order was completed, the barista just set it down not even calling my name. But for the previous people, he had no problem saying their names and thanking them for ordering. Must be because he's Caucasian and so were the previous people that ordered before me.

Pulled up to order a cold and hot coffee and that was too difficult. The “barista” could not comprehend i wanted a cold and hot version of the same coffee. Stay away.
