This community suffers enough from giant corporation/big box places. These corp/franchises are garb and promote this behavior.
Go to a locally owned smaller coffee shops!

Was not happy about the service received this morning on the drive-thru. Was cut off before even completing my order. The staff member was rude. Upon completing the second drink of my order she asked is that it or are you ordering another drink? Like it was my fault that she rushed through the first one. Got to the window and it did not get any better. Staff needs to slow down and actively listen. I asked for extra sweet cream on the side and she had to take her headset off just to hear me. She then proceeded to go and throw away some of my coffee to fit more in the cup. That is not what I asked for. I regularly go to Starbucks and have not received service like this. Was very disappointed. The place wasn't even that busy to be rushing through people like that.
Another great experience at Starbucks. Similar layout, outside seating, good restrooms and staff.
