I always like the Starbucks drinks when I travel but the music was not background music and it was very irritating so I couldn't relax after driving for two hours.

This community suffers enough from giant corporation/big box places. These corp/franchises are garb and promote this behavior.
Go to a locally owned smaller coffee shops!

Was not happy about the service received this morning on the drive-thru. Was cut off before even completing my order. The staff member was rude. Upon completing the second drink of my order she asked is that it or are you ordering another drink? Like it was my fault that she rushed through the first one. Got to the window and it did not get any better. Staff needs to slow down and actively listen. I asked for extra sweet cream on the side and she had to take her headset off just to hear me. She then proceeded to go and throw away some of my coffee to fit more in the cup. That is not what I asked for. I regularly go to Starbucks and have not received service like this. Was very disappointed. The place wasn't even that busy to be rushing through people like that.

One of the baristas made my drink with extra stuff that I never asked for and did not apologize or even acknowledge me when I came in to tried to get a refund and a remake. The girls knew they messed up and were acting like I wasn’t standing there. Only one girl with red curly hair was helpful and apologized. Embarrassing on the establishment. I have worked plenty of fast paced fast food jobs to know this is not how you handle a mistake on their end. Won’t be coming back to this location yall suck ?

She was not polite nor welcoming, frustrated over 4 drinks. My family and friends always come here. We’re Corona residence and this Starbucks is the closest to us. I’ll not allow her to take my order again or I would just take my business elsewhere. Due to non-ethical service I rather travel further for quality service. This location has a diversity issue! You could clearly see the difference in how they treat people with different colors of skin.
