Ordered a Nitro with sweet cream and Cinnamon. They made it without cinnamon so I asked to please add it on top. So on Friday 10-24-25 at 8:20 am the woman shakes cinnamon on the cap and hands it back to me. Sorry but these drinks aren’t cheap. MAKE IT RIGHT or find another line of work.

Hit or miss. I order the same coffee every time and it has not been tasting the same for the past 2 months. This location is convenient and located close to my work. The employees here are so friendly and it's just a bummer that my coffee order never tastes the same. I order a popular drink and make one addition by adding a shot of espresso. It gets super busy here in the mornings so be sure to have time to spare.

Horrible Americano so I asked if they had put all 4 shots in it. Malaya said they had. I told her it was bad and had a shot added. Malaya actually came up to Emily, after the fact, and told her (wrongly) that she should have charged me for a side shot of espresso which would have made my scrappy Americano a $10+ drink. So...not only does she not know how to make a drinkable Americano, she excessively charged me to get it somewhat palatable. There's no excuse for this!
