Very rude employees, both of them sucked. Slow, watched me go up to them to order and still didn't receive me. Looked like she was literally dying. Pretty sure she got my cup size wrong and my drink is completely different. not to mention they didnt have like 3 things i asked for.

This lady would rather wash the cup than receive me. I gave her a detailed formula and still did it wrong. This is not the first time, and after I didn't hear what she said, she shouted at me loudly, which scared the child. Bad reviews and their bad reviews. If the lady still works here, I will never come here. It's not an illusion. I feel that she hates Asians very much, because there are Asian ladies who have similar comments to me. A good day makes me feel bad thanks to this lady.

I love going here for my coffee and occasional sandwich. Melissa makes the best White chocolate mochas. The other woman there whos name I cannot remember is also lovely.They are always both so friendly and I enjoy going there just for their service.

Generally never had any issues here. I went to buy a cake for my wife's birthday 05/25/22 and had the worst experience I've had in a long time from any business. My 4 year old daughter traditionally picks her mother's birthday cake. She picked a cake for mom and we waited patiently for an employee to help us. About 5 minutes we waited while an employee from the deli department was cleaning up. It was around 8:30. So I asked the employee if we could buy the cake. She replied "I don't know where they are.". I said no problem let me show you. We walked over to the cake section and let her know which cake my daughter selected. She replied: "I know where the cakes are. I don't know who can help you". Ok...so I asked if there is anyone that can help me buy the cake. "Sorry, I'm not sure where they are.". Then proceeded to clean her section. Another employee passed by and I asked for assistance. Older lady replied "I'm sorry I'm off the clock". I asked "who is not off the clock that may be able to handle me this cake so that I can buy it for my wife's birthday?". Again... "I'm sorry I'm off the clock. I can't help you.". I then asked to speak with a manager and she let me know that I'd get her in trouble. We proceeded to pick a cake from the freezer section and moved on with life. My daughter was very disappointed she couldn't get the cake for mom. Pure laziness? Fear of management? I'm not sure, but completely unacceptable from my view point. No explanation, no reason, no attempt to provide any type of customer service. The likelyhood of me returning to a store that I've shopped at for over 10 years is slim. I'll drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the next store that values it's customers.
I walked up the two ladies were talking and took fee minutes to even acknowledge me then I had to repeat my order at least 5 times because they kept carrying on the conversations as if I wasnt important. Then jeanette said my total and I still had more drinks to order I politely asked if they could finish they're conversation and how distracting they were and the other lady intervened and said they were not talking and for me to continue. I will NEVER return !
