We order from them all the time, how ever they never put your chips or drink with the delivery, it happened multiple times despite the note I leave every time, I pay for food I don’t get it, once I refused to take the order from the dasher but he said call the store. The store tell u oh come take it, well I order food to home due to handicap situation if it was easy I would have just drove to store.

Worse sandwich I’ve ever had. I asked for extra spinach and there were 4 pieces. Worse subway I’ve ever had. It was dry af. I asked for extra vinegar and there was close to none on it

Eating there with my fiancée, she wanted water, I asked the employee (male with glasses on 4/17 about 5pm) for water and he rudely told me “no,” and walked away. Go to the subway a couple miles east of here, customer service is excellent there and worth the trip

I went in a couple days ago to order a veggie patty - the person told me they were out and that the others patties frozen. I asked for egg whites instead as i am a vegetarian, and before they started making it, i saw the container with the egg whites - it had pieces of steak/chicken/cheese on top of the eggs. I left the establishment and went elsewhere to get my food.
This is not the first time this location has had problems like this. Sometimes they are out of stock, other times they mess up my orders. At this point, I'm inclined to blame the owners, and not the staff, as the staff can only do so much and their hands are tied.

Location needs work. Missing several basic ingredients. Bathroom is locked and employee has no key. So the employee has no Bathroom either??
I've had multiple negative encounters with this particular Subway location. This is now the third time my sandwich has been toasted when it clearly wasn’t requested. The first time, I let it slide, thinking perhaps I had made an error with my order. The second time, my wife called the store, and they promised to reimburse us—but that reimbursement never came through.
This latest incident was the final straw: both of my sandwiches were toasted, even though there were no instructions to do so. It appears if you order from this location you're forced to unwrap your sandwich to confirm they followed your order correctly, completely defeating the purpose of the convenience that online ordering is supposed to offer.
Subway goers, consider this a word of caution. What should be a quick and easy meal experience has turned into repeated disappointments, and customer service seems to fall short when it comes to rectifying these mistakes.

Walked in was not acknowledged was flat out ignored while standing at the counter for 8 minutes. Girl with short black hair needs to be retrained. I heard more of your conversation with your coworker about working woes than “I’ll be with you in a minute” terribly unprofessional I will not be returning.

I did a take order today and when I came home I noticed there barely anything in the sandwich? The little amount of sauce is ridiculous and there’s barely any veggies I found maybe like two onions…I don’t know if they were out or not but that’s very disappointing and just for context I ordered footlongs. I asked for no tomatoes on one of the sandwich’s but I found some anyways, I asked for no spicy Sriracha but again it was there. Honestly don’t do take out go there in person is what I learned

One of the most ridiculous experiences ever. So, I went in to order a salad 🥗 After some time of them walking back and forth looking for salad bowls, I was told they had bowls but no lids. After asking if they had a bag they could put it in so I could carry it, they insisted that they could not sell the salad because it would fall out in the big brown Subway bag. They also said that the bag would expand too much because the bowl has a point on the side. After a few moments of contemplation ,🤔 I decided to leave ..smh
