I visited this location around 7 PM and had a disappointing experience. No one was at the counter when I arrived, and although they prepared my sandwiches, they were not properly toasted and ended up cold. The taste was not good.

During checkout, the employee took my payment and immediately went to the back without asking if I needed anything. I had to call her back to ask for napkins. I’ve never been to a Subway where staff is not present at the front to assist customers.

Additionally, there was a stack of drinking cups placed near the front counter. My child picked one up, and the employee came out and questioned what she was doing with the cup. I explained that she grabbed it by mistake and that I was going to throw it away since we weren’t using it. The employee told me I would have to pay for it because the manager was watching on camera. If the cups are not meant for customer access, they should not be placed at the front.

Her attitude throughout the entire visit was unprofessional, and it made the experience very unpleasant. At the end, she even implied we should not return if we weren’t going to pay for the unused cup, as if we were trying to steal. I have been a regular customer at Handel’s next door, and now I understand why this Subway location seems empty.

I hope the manager addresses this, as the employee clearly needs proper training. I will not be returning to this store. Even after writing this I am not going to get response.

The young lady there on 11/08/25 at 8pm was very unprofessional. I didn't appreciate being ignored when I got there and nobody else was in the store. Never again.✌️

Please avoid this location. Both the staff and the manager were extremely rude. Someone accidentally picked up my sandwich, and when I came to pick up my order, they treated me like a thief. It was humiliating and left me feeling deeply ashamed — now I get stressed just passing by that place. They even watched the security video and saw I wasn’t the one, yet they still treated me like a criminal. I couldn’t understand why I had to defend myself for their mistake. I regret not calling the police and trying to handle it calmly instead. I pray this place goes out of business

I came last night and it was super busy! I felt so bad for our sandwich maker Samantha, but she was very efficient and was very mindful about her customers waiting in line -apologizing for the wait time since she was alone. Overall my hubby and I devoured our sandwich and wanted to say thank you Samantha! You definitely deserved a shout out! 🫶🏻🙌

I said..no, but the other person just stood there and didn't want to ser me. Opted for chips ...

I came here for the sandwich of the day which was the chicken bacon ranch. Unfortunately the toaster/over was down and my mom and I wanted our sandwichs toasted. However, the worker sam made me forget about the situation with her great customer service. Thank you Sam you made my day!

So I came in every single day.I did the 75 dayhard Diet.
And it worked The managers are always smiling their nice and happy to greet you and so are the other employees I've never had a single problem when I order my meal And I love extra chipotle on my meal

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today at 9 pm I walked into subway with my father to order food. The behavior of the employee who served us was not only unprofessional, but also offensive and inappropriate.

While I was at the store with my father, the employee was extremely rude to him without provocation. In addition, he made inappropriate comments toward me, asked for my age, and behaved in a flirtatious manner that made me feel very uncomfortable. When my father intervened and expressed that the questions were inappropriate, the employee escalated the situation by refusing us service and threatening to call the police without cause.

This behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. I am deeply disappointed by the way we were treated, and I strongly urge that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken.

Horrible service. I ordered my food online 2 hrs prior to pickup. I was 20 min late from my scheduled pick up time. My order was still not ready. I had to wait another 20 min for my order to be started. I would have left if I didn't pay for my food online. Employees were not friendly. An apology for my delayed order would have went a long way.
