HORRIBLE - Second time going here they have no vinegar for their sandwiches which is like a main ingredient. I asked her why she said its popular and runs out often. I would think you would make sure to have items like mayo, lettuce, vinegar etc for a sandwich shop especially Subway. This is what happens with franchise fast food shop. Horrible attitude and horrible experience. And out of main ingredients.

I just ordered a sub from the app. I specifically asked very nicely to please make sure not to get any onion on my sandwich. I come home every single bite of the first six had onion in it. It pisses me the freak off when they just don’t care. They’re raising the minimum wage, which is fine, everything costs more but why on god’s green earth can’t we have quality product and services? Why? Raise the price even more if you have to but why cut corners. It is unbelievable. A simple request can not be done. It is freaking impossible. Last time I’m going to this subway or may be any other. The problem is nowadays almost all outside food sucks. Thank you for listening!

HORRIBLE. Grabbed dinner here the other night to use their current "bogo" scam deal. The sandwiches are half the size of what they used to be. Simply pathetic amounts of meat and cheese. You're basically buying a factory produced loaf of bread. Reached out to the owner and he just said "sorry, see you next time". I will never be back. Terrible terrible terrible!!!

Just got the saddest steak sandwich ever. It was 1/2 the size and wt of my meatball. Used the promo code but counter girl said that shouldn't matter. I'm sure I'm better of at Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes. Just pathetic. And i had to wait over 10mins just to get my online order IN the store after the app said "ready." Can't blame the girl since she was by herself but she took 5mins to make one sandwich! I appreciate attention to detail but seriously?
Ordered a BMT. My guts were liquefied within an hour. Cramps all day long afterwards. Avoid.

the absolute worst experience i have ever had at a subway period - two girls working today one a complete butch and the other who doesn't know how to do her makeup - i was treated very terribly after asking politely for the “ sandwich maker “ to change gloves as i don't eat meat - she literally was smearing all of the vegetables and the cheese with all the meat contamination on her gloves / i'm surprised there isn't proper training - something needs to be done.
