Why the earth would they treat us like prisoners asking for permission to use their bathroom? Their potatoes seem to be repeatedly cooked. Hard and ao dry. This place is not a place for you to stop by. Just close up this business and go to the other TacoBell where they feel home.

My quesadilla was left in machine at least 30 seconds beyond done time. I could hear it beeping and no one came to check on it. My Oder was takeout so did not check before leaving store. Did not look that bad until I tasted it. I had upgraded and spent an extra 1.50. Threw half away. So disappointed. The burritos are always made to oder. I just won’t order quesadilla again. The cashier was wonderful.

This place is basically robbing you !!! Everything inside my supreme cravings box had little to no meat. The 5 layer burrito was mostly tortilla and cheese. The only thing that was served right are the chips and nacho cheese. The taco was mostly lettuce and the chalupa was mostly sour creme. I don't recommend anyone coming here saves you time and money go somewhere else

The customer service was okay but I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was already bitten into when I got it I couldn’t believe it 🤮
The 5 star review is for Anthony specifically, he was very helpful and helped me through the ordering process. The manager on the night shift was VERY VERY rude yelling at him while he was multi tasking and she needs to be retrained. I would have left my shift if I was being mistreated as she did to Anthony.

I like the food of this restaurant but they are ALWAYS STINGY with my cheese and always put less than 50% of the nacho cheese cup!!! This time they filled it 30%. I am really disappointed and disgusted of how I was treated again and again. Not returning there!!! Keep your pennies and your non existing customer service. Compare the first 2 pictures with what they advertise in the third one!! How deceitful you are Taco Bell!! I have tried to address the issue to their manager and they said that the half nacho cheese is the right size for their serving…. IF YOU ONLY SERVE 1/2 cups of cheese, advertise it accordingly!!
