It's been almost 2 years since my last visit due to the heavy construction on McKinney. But I was awarded with staff that knew what a double decker taco was. The younger generation doesn't know about this great taco as it's been off the menu for years. Well it was a special made beef burrito with two sides: extra beans spread on a flour tortilla and them wrapped around the hard beef taco. One of my all-time favorites.

Very unprofessional workers. They’re meant to be open at 7 am. But it was 8:15 and still not open. I had placed an online order so I had to wait, they were hiding when I tried to talk to them through window. Could’ve at least posted a note on the door to let other customers know you’re not open yet. Bare

I love this Taco Bell. Food is always fresh, employees are always friendly. I think the managers name was Emma or something like that. All managers from every other Taco Bell should be trained by her. The sweetest, nicest person! There also was a young white youngman with glasses think his name started with an A, Adrian or Andrew possibly, awesome young man. Very professional, very friendly and cares about the customers. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms.

We went at night and everything was disappointing the tacos were over fried tasted like oil and were stale over 2 out of 10
Ordered the new volcano tacos and I was excited to try it but lost my appetite when a fly flew out of the wrapper once I opened it. They wrapped the fly in there with the taco.. probably not intentionally but still..

Went inside the establishment to make a purchase did not see an employee anywhere, except for in the back preparing food. Was not l greeted by that employee. Stood at the counter for 5 to 6 minutes without being acknowledge by anyone. The employee preparing food made eye contact but never reached out to a co-worker to assist me. Finally a young lady appeared but still never looked towards the counter to see if anyone was there but stood in doorway talking to another employee. I gave up and left. WillNever return

Good place to get fast cheap food, customer service is good, they close walk in restaurant at 8pm because of the homeless problem I believe, drive thru gets a little busy on the weekends and it takes longer than usual to get your

One of the better tacobells I've been to. Good service most of the time, the kid Israel is great, and the manager Nancy has been great when dealing with an order mishap; I've been given the wrong food before and she made things right with no hesitation. The food is made quite well too compared to other locations. One of the better tacobells for sure.
