This is the 2nd time if used the drive through here a d I was disappointed just like the first time. This time I ordered the $9 luxe box amd what do I get, a taco supreme , a Doritos locos taco, and a 5 layer burrito. Horsecrap. Won't be eating at this location again.

The little game that they play where they only hold their hand down of the drive-thru window knowing that the curb is so wide that you can't get close enough to grab your stuff is so asinine. You have to hang out your car window or open door because they refuse to extend their arms truly pathetic.

Very disappointed nachos had a few chips with almost no meat and cheese and my sons tacos as well.
If I could give this location negative stars, I would. The manager on duty 11/9/2024 at 12:20pm was so absolutely unprofessional and so were ALL the employees on staff. We bought $40 worth of food and had orders not made correctly so went back through the drive through and AGAIN the order was not made correctly so we tried to knock at the door since we had already waited 20 minutes and then drove back around 2x and the boy mopping at the window told us to go back around 3x. When we went back about the “‘manager” said they made the tacos wrong the second time cause they were closing…. We were there over an hour before they closed?!?! We were not offfered a remake or a refund or an apology we had to demand a refund on our order. I tried calling in for the managers name since he slammed the glass in our face and they HUNG up on us. It’s really unfortunate that the closing manager could NOT problem solve a misamde order …. Really hope some one can help coach to him. …… making food correctly might not seem like the biggest task and everyone makes mistakes but to this location and manager it was totally an INCONVENIENCE even though their location closed over and hour before we came.

The people there in the mornings at least are really unprofessional. And always have a mad face makes customers feel uncomfortable. Last time I go here. (if you don't like working at a fast food restaurant then please do yourself a favor and get a new job!)
