The people there in the mornings at least are really unprofessional. And always have a mad face makes customers feel uncomfortable. Last time I go here. (if you don't like working at a fast food restaurant then please do yourself a favor and get a new job!)

Horrible customer service!!!
Food is made alright. Customer service, non. Staff took care of a group of teenage girls but completely ignored me. I stood there for a while with none acknowledging that I was there. I was just picking up a mobile order that was ready and was just there on the other side of the counter. Finally, one of the young man decided to ask and I was able to get my order.
Avoid dinner pickup as you might be ignored (unless you are a teenage girl).

I love Taco Bell especially this one! Everything was just right-the food,the service,the time it took to prepare it. A+++
Service is horrible rude employees. Always with a stank attitude. The serving size is horrible. I ordered nachos and got a spoon full of meat (I mean like a spoon you eat with) then was told that was the serving size with attitude. They like to not give receipts so you can’t get points or come back when they mess up your order which happens insanely often. Also they will not take your order they only want you to do mobile order or kiosk but gets paid 20 a hour. Quality is horrible overall this Taco Bell is trash! If I could rate it negative stars I would.

Woman behind the counter acted as if anything I said was an inconvenience. The place is setup like it's in the ghetto with no napkins without going to the counter.
I tried the kiosk ordering and when my food was provided, they just said kiosk order and no name. The soda fountain is out of half the items(low sugar options). This place feels like a Siberian prison. Freezing, unfriendly, and the food was sub par as usual.
The future of Taco Bell looks grim.

Bad customer service.. first I ordered online (3) craving boxes with fries and when I get there they said there all out of fries. I get my drinks and there all Baja but one is zero I told the girl witch one is the zero sugar she said I don't know I don't remember.. isn't that why there's markings on top of the lid for that. I gave her back one of the drinks to refill with zero. She was annoyed already I could see on her face. Taco bell really needs to hire better people.. if you don't like the job don't work there. Don't come here if you want bad service or things they run out I wouldn't go to this one.

I’ve gone here three times, and all three times they have been mysteriously out of receipt Paper.
I believe employees there are collecting receipts for the points through the app.
I submitted a complaint through the app to Taco Bell corporate twice and I haven’t heard anything.
