I have to say that about 8 out of 10 visits to this Taco Bell result in someone in my family not getting what they ordered at all or getting the wrong item. They consistently make mistakes. However with food costs so high why do they never make a mistake in my favor. Something is always wrong or missing. Tonight was no exception! Two wrong items. Sigh! So when I checked my receipt, it wasn’t even ours. We spent 36.00 and this receptor was for a 20.00 dollar order. Seriously, their training is terrible or they hire people who are paid well to not care at all. Maybe they could learn from Chick Filet!! They never make mistakes and they are courteous as well!

This Taco Bell is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Two times I’ve placed orders online and picked up in the drive thru, and both times the order was missing items and I was given the wrong things. They are always out of something here (Mild sauce, sausage for breakfast, dr.pepper, all of the Brisk drinks) it’s always something with them. This last time today there was a long dark hair in my boyfriend’s breakfast quesadilla (that was supposed to be sausage but they were out of it). I will not be returning to this location after 3 mess ups

I keep giving this location a second chance. But time and time again i get rude drive thru service and either get the wrong order or find strands of long Hair in food 🤢. Drive the extra 5 min to the nearest Taco Bell other than this one. This place is disgusting and unprofessional

This is the 2nd time if used the drive through here a d I was disappointed just like the first time. This time I ordered the $9 luxe box amd what do I get, a taco supreme , a Doritos locos taco, and a 5 layer burrito. Horsecrap. Won't be eating at this location again.

The little game that they play where they only hold their hand down of the drive-thru window knowing that the curb is so wide that you can't get close enough to grab your stuff is so asinine. You have to hang out your car window or open door because they refuse to extend their arms truly pathetic.
