Always something missing every time I go. Drive thru attendants have always been very unprofessional/rude every single time. Almost as if the worst ones are selected to be on drive thru duty. I think I’ve given this location my last visit. Do better. 2.8 stars is wild

3rd time i have Ordered 2 burrito supremes that came with only beans - nothing else and we ordered Xtra cheese/sour cream. Cantina taco in pieces, taco supreme had a little meat and nothing else even tho we ordered Xtra cheese/sour cream. Store on Cajalco doesn't answer phone, corporate complaint "form" kicks you out and doesn't send. Won't be ordering he any more - gave them 3 chances and they are out.

this is the worst location in riverside county, i'm sure of it. every time i come here they mess something up or forget something. EVERY TIME! the location off ontario doesn't serve the breakfast menu so i came here instead and ordered the breakfast box. that's the crunchwrap, hashbrown, cinnabons, and a drink. they forgot my hashbrown and my cinnabons, THATS HALF OF THE ORDER! i was already home when i realized so i tried to call and their stupid phone doesn't work. i can't understand how this location stays afloat if they are consistently giving bad service, forgetting items, etc.

If I can leave NO! STAR I would , it's sad that this is the closest Taco Bell near me . I keep giving this place a chance and every time it's a disappointment , There's an employee that has wonderful customer service his name is Kevin . To start while ordering on the drive threw the employee was extremely RUDE! I told the guy to put someone else on to take my order if he was going to continue to be RUD! I finish ordering and drove up to the window to pay and to make madars worse , I ask the employee at the window I wanted the person that took my order his name . She asked what's the problem and I said I want his name , she didn't give me his name and told me she's the manager . Well this Manager gave me problems on three occasions , I did tell her oh! No you have gave me attitude before and your the manager! I told her I wanted his name and she slammed the window and ignored me . TACO BELL please hire respectful people that can give you and answer back instead of slamming window in your face . I'M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE even if it's close , I rather go to the on in Conrona on Ontario the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE This is the Manager 2-20-24 4:15pm

This place never seems to be open. I’ve been by at 7pm and the doors were locked. This if Friday morning at 8:30a and still not open. There is a work crew right next to this property that would probably love to eat here if it was ever open.Maybe this store is destined to close so soon after opening. Too bad…

This place was a horrible choice for fast food as there service was horrible. The guy taking the orders name was Kevin on 2/13/24 roughly at 10pm. The Kid is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and should learn to bite his tongue until the customer is gone. It's a shame that the franchise loses local customers due to Kevin's horrible service. Will not return due to the kid
