I ordered a pollo quesadilla. It was delivered to my home on a paper plate with foil covering it! No packaging nothing. The meat was over cooked, had no flavor, was hard and there was burnt on the edges on the quesadilla. My husband loves the quesabirria tacos here, but we were very disappointed in this and ended up throwing it away. It was a waste of money

I ordered on uber eats 2 hours ago and you've told the driver at separate points - half an hour, then 5 minutes, and then another half an hour!
If you can't cook food on time, take yourself off uber eats.

Your Chicken Tortilla Soup is absolutely terrible. Way too much chicken too which doesn’t taste good at all on top of it. Giant pieces of potato and carrots? There is way too much food in the dish for a simple bowl of soup. I do not recommend this order. I’m proud to say that AMERICANIZED MEXICAN FOOD IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL MEXICAN FOOD. It’s always a plate of slop or a bowl of slop in this case and too much cheese and meat. Get your act together!

Tried for the first time today. Waited 10 minutes for takeout. Got home 5 mins later. The tacos was cold. Chicken and beef wasnt warmed. Seems it was cooked but wasn't reheated when purchased. ?
