My husband and I renewed our wedding vows at Glen Ivy Golf Club and Tasteful Cakes was recommended. I scheduled an appointment and spoke with Patty over FaceTime. I explained to her that I wanted a beautiful, elegant all white cake. I’m so glad I put my trust on her and her team because our cake turned out beautiful. Thank so much Patty and Tasteful cakes.

We used them for our wedding cake. The cake was good and we got a tasting box to take home (wish we had an in person opinion).I wouldn't say the price is worth what you get at all.....but it worked and they delivered it on time. Communication is terrible though.

I finally decided to stop and try this place after driving by for about a year or so - and boy do I wish I hadn't. I have never in my life had a cupcake so tasteless. It was supposed to be a red velvet cupcake, but it tasted more like cornbread but then not even that good! It was so bland! It's like it didn't have enough sugar OR the chocolatey taste it was supposed to have. And on top of that the frosting was hard and not fluffy/soft - and flavorless tasting like plastic. Maybe it was an off baking day - or the cupcakes old??? Idk!!The only redeeming quality about this place was the great customer service, but not enough to get me to come back - I'm at a loss for the 4-star reviews!

Needed to find a place to order a cake for my birthday party in the next few day. I had ordered a cake elsewhere and was advised a few days ago that they overbooked so cancelled my order. A friend recommended tasteful cakes so I gave it a try and glad I did. I walked in and stayed I needed a cake in the next few days. I already had an idea of what I wanted my cake to look like and flavors. The girls were very helpful and offered suggestions as well as assured me there would be no problem placing the order for the next few days. I also took advantage of a deal they had, if cake was paid in full same day they would take 15% off. The cake not only looked perfect and just how I wanted it also tasted great. I received so many compliments on how beautiful the cake was and how good it tasted too. It was white cake with strawberry mouse and fresh strawberries inside as well.

One year over due review, but better late than never. Planning our wedding in 2021 for a January 2022 wedding was stressful. Luckily we found Eagle Glen Golf Club which included cake for their packages - that's how we know about tasteful cakes. At that time, cake tasting at Tasteful cakes was a different experience than what I imagined wedding cake tasting would be like. Our samples of cakes with different fillings were placed in a box and we sampled them outside of the bakery. We made our food tasting at the wedding venue the same day so we had sampled the cakes at the venue after our food tasting which worked out well. Due to Covid, we had a virtual meeting with Tasteful cakes (I forget her name but she was awesome!). The meeting went well, the lady knew we had a budget and we didn't want any upgrades. She gave recommendations such as the gold ribbon and it turn out exactly what i had pictured in my head. We ended up choosing chocolate/vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling and chocolate cake with mocha filling. Their cakes are yummy and not so sweet!Thank you Tasteful Cakes for our beautiful wedding cake!
