I have been getting boba at this place for years. I just started getting lunch there and I highly recommend. It's so good & quick. Especially if you order online. I love the staff they are always very kind.Boba is delicious and wontons are yummy for lunch.

My first time here with my boyfriend and the ramen was delicious! Super savory and tasty! I had gotten the spicy miso ramen and it had the perfect amount of spice. He had gotten the regular miso ramen and that was very good as well. We also ordered their taro milk tea and I loved it! I’m usually skeptic about ordering milk tea drinks, because they’re usually watered down with the milk, but tea time express has definitely got their milk teas down to perfection. I can’t wait to come back again!

*This review is for their tea drinks*Was grocery shopping at Ranch 99 Market on November 27 around 11:40am and craving milk tea. When am I ever not craving milk tea?Anyway, the tea was good, tastes just like Ten Ren and from my understanding, this is a Ten Ren store even though it is named "Tea Time Express." To be honest, I don't really like Ten Ren milk tea much, it is only 2/5 for me because I prefer more tea-flavored drinks... for some reason, Ten Ren always tastes too milky for my liking and there's just something about the milk tea flavor that I don't really like. But I drink it anyway because it's milk tea...I give this place an extra +1 star because the staff member working that day was SO nice. He was the only one working, and would make drinks one at a time (understandable). Nevertheless, he had great customer service as in he would thank us for waiting, would personally hand us the drinks with straw when it was ready, and was pleasant.If you like Ten Ren, I'm sure you would love this place, but it's not what I prefer personally. My favorite places to get boba tea right now is Ding Tea and Teaspoon, but feel free to give this place a try if you are grocery shopping inside Ranch 99 and craving boba/food.Overall,Plus (+)-Conveniently located inside Ranch 99-Lots of parking (free)-a Ten Ren shop (if you like their tea)-Has food you can order/large menuNeg (-)-Drink is decent but not my preference (it may be yours, who knows!)-Only one staff member working/while staff was super nice, service is a bit slow if you are in a rushOh, they only had large size black colored cups that day but I thought it looked cool! Had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen which was amazing! Perfect amount of spicy and the soft boiled egg was delicious. Also had the Takoyaki which was new to me but totally worth it. To round it out I had a Chocolate Milk Tea w/boba which was very good.

The team was inflexible in resolving their mistake. They gave me pork ramen when I asked for chicken katsu then took my bowl and added chicken and when I asked why they hadn’t added chicken katsu they said they couldn’t do that and would take the ramen bowl, refund me and charge me for chicken katsu. Really poor customer service.
