Horrible service. They lost our order. Waited one hour for our food. Messed up the order with incorrect items. Did not offer to fill our coffees. Manager was aware but did not follow up.

I order a Belgium waffle with strawberry sauce , Which on the menu picture looks that it had strawberries. And all I've got was waffle with syrup and butter it on the side. The no on the receipt is if I wanted to make it a combo.Which I said no. I paid Almost $14 for a plain waffle that is missing it what it described on their online menu. It's supposed to be a fruit waffle and it doesn't have any :/.
Service was fast and food was tasty! They were busy and handled the customers well. I am not sure, but the outside was used by people who were waiting. We sat and ate while the same customers were waiting outside. We were leaving when they checked at host desk. Point is don't sit where you can not hear your name called

I understand it's a busy restaurant. However, the host is not nice when asking a questions. We asked if we could sit at the bar immediately and said no without checking. Took them 30 min to come outside and get us, and we ended at the bar. The waiter was super nice, thank you. The food was okay

I'm extremely dissatisfied. The order (xxxx) was never delivered. The store first told me that they don't offer online ordering or delivery. I had to call back and ask for a manager before they even acknowledged the order. The assistant manager insists there is nothing she can do because it is not their website. The corporate website directs me to the local store for any issues with delivery. They would not give me any corporate contact, only Uber Eats.
I do understand that this is the fault of the driver, but it still is The Broken Yolk's responsibility since the order was placed through their website. Uber Eats tells me a 5 digit delivery ID is needed so I call the local store back (~10 mins later). I am told that the woman I spoke to has left for the day and only a hostess and one server remain.
I was offered no remedies by The Broken Yolk (not even remaking the order...I would have picked it up).
