First off love how friendly the staff is very welcoming once you enter. Secondly, the shakes are delicious and flavorful and don’t get me started on all their treats protein donuts, bowls and crepes! Love The Nutrition Spot it’s our go to after a tough workout.

The food was great the only reason it’s a four star is because when we ordered a mango smoothie it tasted like all banana no flavor of mango at all. The service great however. The Ora was very relaxing!
