Placed a large order at 1030am and a scheduled pick up for 1145am and they refused to make our order until we arrived. They made us wait an additional 45 minutes!!!! It was for a meeting, now we look stupid. thanks.

I ordered a turkey and salami and got the worst food poisoning! The salami must have been bad. Sandwiches were overpriced. The girl that made it was nice and friendly but the food poisoning ruined it. Won't ever be back.

The girl helping me had no clue what she was doing and it took forever .There were two other employees including a supervisor and no one else would help her. Also, she doesn't understand hygiene rules since she rubbed her face with her gloved hand and then my sandwich. Training needed here.

Very nice staff but they eft up my order... ordered soup-no soup in the bag. Ordered extra meet ( payed extra for it- recd no extra meat. By the time I reached my destination, it was too late and too far to go back. I blame myself for not checking what they place in the bag--but I really shouldn't have to.. ..

I use to love the bbq beef sandwich they were Great. They moved from Riverside to Corona and we found them there but they stopped making the bbq beef so we haven't been back. There are lots of places to go but no one has a good bbq beef sandwich anymore too bad.
Sent my husband to grab me a pastrami wrap for lunch today as I was really busy with work. He came home with this pastrami sandwich. Lacking 3/4 of the meat it usually comes with. The other half was the same. Super disappointed that this is what $10.95 wrap looks like. Hoping a manager or Haseena will see this a gift me a free sandwich because this is just disrespectful. If I had time I would go down there but I don't.

Although this location was once my favorite sandwich shop, the food offered here is just not comparable to their competitors and there's been a profound lack of innovation. I will say the location is well maintained and very clean. Their best meat is cold roast beef.

I was driving to one of my favorite Chinese food places after work when I saw Togo's, so I decided to get a sandwich instead. I don't go to Togo's often. Once every few years. Every time I do go, the sandwich is perfect and worth the extra money compared to other sandwich places. Some people complained that their sandwich was soggy in other reviews. Because I've only had good experiences with Togo's, I doubted this would happen to me. I bought the footlong Turkey BLT. Well it happened. I could tell my sandwich was soggy as soon as I pulled it out of the bag, which was as soon I reached my car. Warm, soft, and soggy instead of warm and slightly crispy. I picked it up as soon as it was ready, so the sogginess didn't have to do with a delayed pickup time. But maybe the sandwich is not meant to be wrapped up and put in a bag. Maybe it would have tasted better if I had ordered it in person. I was unhappy from my first bite but kept eating, because I didn't want to waste 15 dollars on a sandwich. I ended up feeling a bit nauseated. The sandwich was made quickly, however, and the employee was courteous.
