Worst Customer Experience Ever!! Been coming to this location for a while now for lunch and I always get the same representative taking my order and constantly questioning my own order. Today was the final straw. The Hispanic female Patricia should not be allowed to take anyone’s order, no customer service skills what’s o ever and definitely not a people person. No need to laugh either when taking an order or trying to correct customer when we know what plate we are ordering.Still retuning back because good quality has always been great.You should be more aware on the customer service you offer at this location.

I go here about once a week. I've not found the workers rude, just very busy. The food has always been good and I've not been disappointed with the service or the food. I am usually try to go a time of day when they are not so busy. They do get backed up when busy, cut them son slack!! It is difficult for a fast food restaurant to find good help when they only need extra help for one or two hours a couple of days a week.

Overall the tables are clean, and floors are acceptable. The person working the register almost always greets a customer when they come in. Their menu, typical beef bowl food. But wait they now serve tacos (!?) hmmm WABA tacos, dunno.Any way I ordered the combo bowl, chicken and beef on white rice. I've been here several times and they consistently either under cook or not enough water in the white rice. After seeing plastic rice, makes me wonder !!!Don't know if WABA is in my food rotationSorry

Just like all the other reviews I AGREE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The times I've gone in the lady in the front helping me out has given attitude and is super super dry. No greeting whatsoever, she also rushes you on your order. You can tell she doesn't want to be working at all. Her name is Kimberly, the manager there needs to fire her or they will be loosing customers. Never coming back here again.

I order from this place often. It’s the closest waba by my work. I ordered a salmon with no sauce on 8/30/23 at around 10:40 and got a salmon with a bunch of sauce. This isn’t the only time I order something and the order is wrong. The orders are usually 90% of the time wrong. They need to get it together. I love waba but hate having to order here. They’re very impatient. Horrible service. the food is good.On top of that I’ve called the store several times and they send you to an automatic call and can never go through to the store. That needs to be fixed.
One of the clerks in specific can use some training to be more friendly. Every time she is at the register, she makes me feel uncomfortable. She looks like she is
